Really impressed with them at the start he made me feel at ease and understanding and was very helpful throughout covid I was really impressed how they made me feel safe when showing potential buyers around and the strick rules. The only downside was towards the end when it was getting stressful especially when I was told my seller wanted to walk away from us as buyers through no fault of our own due to complications with my buyer it felt as if we weren't important anymore and that my buyer had the reins. Communications were difficult towards the end and had to go through my lawyer instead. I still wish them the best of luck

from the very first contact made right through to the day contracts were exchanged the staff at Newton Fallowell were great! communication was spot on, help with any difficulties along the way were dealt with even if they weren't their difficulties to deal with and through covid-19 they still went above and beyond! Rick and James were so helpful, clear and explained things clearly and didn't make me feel stupid...even when I asked the most basic of questions!! would definitely recommend and if I ever sell a property again I wouldn't go anywhere else apart from Newton Fallowell!!! thanks guys!

We cannot thank Newton Fallowell Newark enough. They have been amazing right from the start, listened to everything that we asked for and delivered. We sold our house in a week, unfortunately this fell through due to the current circumstances. James at Newton Fallowell suggested we put it straight back on the market and we sold in less than a week. N&F are a real team. Everybody knows what is going on no matter who you speak to, or they will find out and ring you back. I cannot fault them. Our main contact was Gavin.. he has done an excellent job of selling our bungalow and liaising with the estate agent who was selling the property that we were buying, to make sure that both were exchanged and completed in a timely manner. He has put in the miles to get everything from Offer to completion. We were kept in the loop at all time. Thank you for everything..

Cannot overstate how fantastic Rick and the rest of the team were for assisting me with my house purchase. They went above and beyond chasing my solicitors and my previous home's buyers solicitors for information and progress when I was struggling to get a hold of them, putting more work into the sale of my home than the actual estate agents contracted to do so! As for the purchase through them, it went smoothly and I was kept appraised of all developments and they were very forthcoming with my repeat requests for information and viewings of the property. It's the second time we have used newton and fallowell and would recommend them to others for selling your home. We had a quick sale in 2 weeks and got full asking price. It was not as smooth as our first sale and purchase as the couple we were buying from pulled out at a very late stage. Sarah and Rick teamed together to try and find us another property so we did not loose our sale.

I cannot praise Newton Fallowell, Newark enough. From the speedy valuation of my house to sell & purchase of my new property. Within 3 days I had my 1st viewing & offer of purchase. Unfortunately this fell through but within a week they had 4 more viewings and another offer which I accepted. The team at NF were extremely professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were there for me every step of the way with the purchase of my new property too and I am now settling in. Thank you again to all the staff.
