I have nothing but praise for Newton Fallowell.Neil Sime was efficient and direct at valuation.He made it clear that the property would be sold within a short period of time at the asking price and it was.Oliver in the office was very efficient during the whole process and he kept in regular contact with myself and often helped to push along the legal side.I could have asked no more of him.Just one slight negative.Sometimes calls were not returned so that could do with attention.I have suffered some ill health this year so having such great experience has been priceless.Worth the fee!

Many thanks to Oliver and the team for enabling us to buy a house which ticks all the boxes for us and enabled us to sign with only a few days delay. We had a very short window for finding and buying and moving into a house in Newark and despite the various obstacles you steered us through and we are looking forward to moving in shortly. Our queries etc were always very professionally handled and you managed to chase up quietly in the background, preventing the slow wheels of bureaucracy to delay the sale. After walking into Newton Fallowell, Newark Estate agents looking for our perfect home, I was amazed at how warm and friendly all the staff were there. We browsed at the homes they had for sale with the help of the staff and found our perfect home. I was amazed at how quick, efficient Newton Fallowell were for us in making an appointment to view the property and from that moment on the sale of our new home was underway.. I can't thank the team enough for making this the quickest, professional and easy house buy. They were supportive with the financial help, solicitors help and keep us updated at all times.. We have brought some houses in our passed but this was defiantly the easiest and Happy house buy and move we have ever been through. Very pleased overall. Speed with which the details appeared was impressive and photos were very representative of the property. Viewings were almost immediate as was the house sale. A focused agency with good communication and pleasant staff. Only negative was the lack of a sold sign. I had to phone up after a week of it being sold to point this out. People were stopping me outside to ask if it was still for sale!
