He is very professional and extremely efficient. Each transaction has gone smoothly and Oliver has defiantly gone above and beyond to make sure the sale keeps moving on both sides as quickly as possible. Always providing regular updates, chasing solicitors and buyers offering advice and support, definitely earnt their money. Rick was excellent and kept me sane, thanks so much we got there in the end

FacebookWe started looking for a bungalow around Newark back in January 2019 with various agents, to cut a long story short Newton Fallowell were the only ones to stick with it for 10 long months until we actually completed on a wonderful bungalow. Also, great service from Rick in the latter stages when chasing up enquiries and dates for us to get the sale pushed through. FacebookBe careful what you sign for. I have just paid full commission to Newton fallowell for NOT selling my house. The contract covers every eventuality to make sure they take your money whether they sell it or not. I had my property on for a long period of time and followed instructions to reduce price when told to do so. I then got the opportunity to part exchange with a new build. They couldn’t wait to let me know I owed them full commission. I could understand a partial payment to cover costs but not the full amount. Bought in to the sales pitch of the manger who then wanted nothing to do with me when I had a complaint. READ THE SMALL PRINT!!
Hi Craig. Thank you for the review, & I am sorry that you feel this way, but I hope you are enjoying your new home. To clarify are contracts are very clear and approved by the property Ombudsman. The contract clauses are all in the same type face, type font and size, Clause 2 clearly states that in the event of a part exchange our fees are payable and this point was highlighted again before you agreed the part exchange. We did however as a good will gesture agree a substantial reduction in your agency commission.

GoogleIf I could give zero stars I would. We purchased through Newark Newton Fallowell and were very disappointed in the service they provided. I absolutely would never consider buying or selling through this company again.
I'm really sorry to have read your review, we learn from them good and bad. I appreciate it was disappointing that you had to pay the asking price to secure the property, but with all the other interest it was the only way to secure it. Here is the review we received from the vendor "My experience with Newton Fallowell was a particularly happy one. A thorough initial appraisal preceded an imaginative sales campaign, drawing considerable interest. As a vendor not living locally, I felt well supported and advised. Throughout the team in Newark were friendly and business like. The process of buying and selling property is not known for being either easy or pleasant; here it was both. Charles" We are constantly striving to improve our service, and we would always love to please both buyers and sellers on every transaction, but we ultimately act for the vendor.
