FacebookAs a first time buyer Sarah and the team were incredibly helpful. Although my purchase was not a simple process they did their best to keep me in the loop. It was not always clear on overall progress of the buy but nothing can be expected to be streamlined. As a first time buyer I would recommend them without a doubt.

Direct reviewsJust a quick email to thank you personally for inspiring and, I should imagine, challenging your team to get Dad???s bungalow sold for us in double quick time. Your son Will certainly did the business! He achieved a sale price ??5,000 above our base line and the same margin above the highest previously rejected offers with the previous agents. This has meant that Dad has come away with a smidgeon over ??300k which is ??10k more than he paid for the bungalow new just two years ago. A fabulous effort thank you and a big relief, to me especially. I???m afraid I don???t do social media but I think an appropriate comment for use by your business would be:- ???You took on the sale of our retirement bungalow after it had been on the market with two other agents for a total of nine months. Within seven days in your hands you had secured a sale price higher than any previous offers we had received. The entire transaction was wrapped up, guided by Will and latterly by Rick, within just eleven weeks. Such a big relief to our family???

Direct reviewsThis is the second time we have used Newton Fallowell to sell a property. We came to market at a difficult time with a lot of uncertainty due to the economy and rising inflation and interest rates. Neil completed our valuation and gave us an honest review and supported the views with evidence of other sales in the area. Ultimately we sought the top end of the valuation and it took sometime to sell achieving a reasonable price in the market conditions . We found a variance in the team in engagement and communication, however team members were very supportive in supporting our house search completing reports on houses we viewed and going out their way to get local knowledge to inform valuations and our submission of a best and final offer on another property . In essence the service provided was very good and I would certainly consider using the team again .
