As an agent we had no idea how complicated the probate on this property has turned out to be, otherwise we would not have put the property on the market. Probate is something an estate agent can't chase as they simply refuse to talk to agents. We sell lots of probate properties per year, but this one proved to be an exception. Direct reviewsNewton Fallowell handled the sale of my parents house. Initial valuation visits were handled very sensitively and useful advice provided regarding the sellng of the property. They were able to accompany many of the viewings and communication was exemplary, clear and precise. During the selling process, they acted as a key contact, getting frequent updates from solicitors, finance companies and keeping both buyer and seller in the loop.
Many estate agents say they can do this, they don't. This is where Newton Fallowell actually deliver. Phone calls are returned, messages are passed on and feedback is acted upon. The team works together, on your side, wanting the best for you and giving you first class service. Very highly recommended.

Upfront and honest throughout the process, updating as and when necessary to avoid overwhelming amounts of information!
