All staff are friendly & treat you as an important customer. I want to mention Rick - his calm approach during the stress of selling a house, was so appreciated. I???ve bought a house off NF & sold a house now with NF - personally I wouldn???t use any other estate agent. Highly recommend.

The support continued with the team pushing both solicitors to expedite the sale completion. Rick???s support and service was outstanding.

FacebookPopped in to get some details on a property and was told it was under offer. So said would you please let us know if it comes on the market. The bloke says yes but didn’t take my name or any details. I would say these people don’t sell houses and can’t sell houses. Poor poor customer service. I just chucked the brochure in the bin! Would never buy from this firm. If you want to see go to gascoignes or alisdair Morrison they have great customer service !

FacebookMy family and I were relocating from the Northwest to the Midlands in an area we were unsure of. I spoke with Oliver and we had a lengthy conversation about what we were looking for in a property, and also the different areas within Nottinghamshire. He sent lots of properties to look at. The house my husband and I liked was with Newton Fallowell and Oliver dealt with us from the beginning to the end. Oliver and I spoke on a day to day basis. If he was busy he would always ring me back. He's polite, courteous, & professional. When I got stressed with the sale he helped calm me down and reassured me. All the staff in the office were polite on the phone. It was lovely finally meeting Oliver.
