GoogleI did not have an Estate Agent representing me as I was selling direct to a Developer. Newton Fallowell represented my vendor and they did an excellent job in keeping me updated and answering any queries I had in what would have been a nightmare of a transaction were it not for their assistance. I would certainly use them if I have occasion to sell in the future.

Laura in particular deserves a special mention, providing constant reassurance and excellent customer service. After a turbulent 6 months Newton Fallowell have restored our faith in Estate Agents.

Wouldn’t recommend these clowns for anything. Found rick to be extremely rude and patronising also a liar. Didn’t even put our offer forwards for not one but 2 properties on separate occasions. They seem to forget the town is small and chances are you know the people involved in a sale. Will never attempt any transaction with these ever again.

From getting the best price for our sale and loads of support on our eventual purchase, including an intended purchase that fell through and a mortgage that went down to the wire timewise.
