My sale fell through on three occasions, but Newton Fallowell persevered until I was introduced to a fourth purchaser that enthusiastically proceeded. I was kept fully informed throughout the sale process, and my calls were always politely returned. I would not hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone wishing to market their property.

GoogleVery pleasant staff. Purchased a property advertised by the agent. They were very attentive and called me about the property the day it was on the market. Newton Fallowell emailed me about potential properties and built up a good repertoire of places within my budget. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and I would definitely deal with them again in the future.

Google1S for selling me a timber frame house with brick cladding without informing me about it.
After extensively checking our records at our office in Newark, we cannot find any record of you under either your Surname or Christian name, you do not appear to of purchased a property through us. We are an independent business that operates as a franchise in Newark only, you may of purchased a property through another different Newton Fallowell office, but that would have no connection to us. Please contact us via email at newark@newtonfallowell.co.uk providing the full address of the property and we will direct your grievance to the correct office.

The Trusted AgentCannot overstate how fantastic Rick and the rest of the team were for assisting me with my house purchase. They went above and beyond chasing my solicitors and my previous home's buyers solicitors for information and progress when I was struggling to get a hold of them, putting more work into the sale of my home than the actual estate agents contracted to do so! As for the purchase through them, it went smoothly and I was kept appraised of all developments and they were very forthcoming with my repeat requests for information and viewings of the property. Every step explained to me and I was informed of any activity of the sale as soon as it occurred. If I had a small problem I could just ring and I found the staff helpful at all times. When I first had valuations I found Newton and fallowell not pushy for business at all, unlike a couple of other newark businesses. Rated 5- excellent
