I have had a positive experience with Laura Thacker. I have been searching for a property for a significant period of time and Laura has been supportive in my search. Laura has contacted me when properties have come onto the market and arranged viewings at the earliest convenience. There has been positive communication and Laura has been supportive in chasing when there has been delays. My process still remains ongoing and there are delays but Laura is supporting in moving this forward in a timely manner.

As with the last 4 house sales, they ensured this fifth one completed despite all the setbacks that were encountered on the way. Neil has a great team behind him with a special mention to his greatest asset ....Sarah. Sarah doesn???t sit back and wait for things to happen, she makes things happen. The biggest compliment I can give Neil and his team is that they communicate throughout the process and give solutions when you come across obstacles. It turned out all the properties I viewed were being marketed by Newton Fallowell and it was Sarah who suggested I look at the house I eventually bought.
