I decided upon using Newton Fallowell due to their large presence in Newark, and thought they would be well placed to advertise my house to a broad audience. On the initial visit to the house for valuation, they were not pushy and left it up to me to make decisions, which I liked. The sale of the property ending up taking longer than expected, and I was always reassured when I phoned up and spoke to Rick and had my queries answered. It was helpful to have that contact liaising between myself and the buyer, who knew what the situation was on both sides and could communicate to me.

My experience with Newton Fallowell was nothing short of a nightmare. They misled me about crucial details regarding a property, and when confronted, they shamelessly attempted to evade responsibility by claiming it wasn't their duty to know such information. This blatant lie and subsequent cover-up reveal a complete lack of integrity and accountability. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution, as honesty and transparency seem to be sorely lacking in their business practices.
