Friendly lovely staff who bend over backwards to help, the best estate agent I’ve dealt with by far. I purchased an additional rental property through Jon brambles they accommodated meeting me the same day I called, in the evening and helped negotiate a fantastic deal on the house I purchased keeping in touch all the way through the process and even went in to the property to take additional photos for my structural engineer (thankyou Gemma!). I can not fault them, fantastic service thankyou all 😊

When myself and my husband decided we wanted to put our property on the market we were torn between John Brambles and another local estate agent whom we have used before. We were after a particular style property, in a particular location and along with Covid, lockdowns and so much uncertainty we weren't completely sure whether it was the right time to just take the plunge and get our property on the market or not. We decided to get valuations from both estate agents and following the valuation appointments it made our decision who to sell our property with a lot easier. Both agents valued our property for the same value but John helped put us at ease so much more and although there weren't any properties on the market at the time that were in our ideal location or in our budget we were reassured that if our search for a new property wasn't successful we could withdraw our property from the market. Fortunately our property sold within 3 weeks of being on the market and that same week our perfect house came on the market that we moved into 5 weeks ago.....It was as if it was meant to be!! Gemma who arranges the property viewings is lovely & nothing was ever too much trouble. I think our dog enjoyed all the fuss when she we had viewings :) Thanks again for all your help! I just can't recommend Jon and his team enough. They have now sold two properties for me in the past twelve months, the first time achieving in excess of the asking price and this time securing the asking price on the first viewing. Both sales had their sticky moments but Sue sailed that ship smoothly through any choppy waters. And don't underestimate the convenience of an out of town location with customer parking! A fabulous team, offering fabulous service, with fabulous results.

Went in two years ago after I had just had my house valued and agreed a price to advertise it with another agent as we were looking at upsizing. Really snooty lady wouldn't even let us look at the house we wanted to view, and, if as described, and due to the location we would probably have bought. Apparently I couldn't view "unless John visits your house and values it first". A couple of things here. 1. They potentially lost a sale and also the vendor lost out. 2. It put me off every selling with them of they won't even allow people to view a house "unless John visits yours" to value it. I bet the vendor on Middleton road with the three bed semi doesn't know there was a lost viewer and potential buyer. I felt like knocking on the door and telling her I'd view it on condition she put it up for sale with someone else. What is it with old women who are school "office managers" (just secretaries!), or work as a doctor's receptionist (just an office clerk) or in estate agents who have overinflated egos and are megalomaniacs?

Before signing with Jon Brambles I considered using an internet only agent as it was slightly cheaper. I have to say using Jon Brambles was the best decision I made, you get what you pay for! The entire team in the office are honest, clear and keep you updated at all times. Unlike many estate agents they work Saturday mornings (a benefit for weekend guided viewings) and I've always been able to reach them on phone or email From the advice prior to sign up, the sales details support, the guided viewings, the chasing of all within the solicitor process and the handholding throughout - I fully recommend this agency. Not only are they brilliant at what they do I believe they care about their clients. Thanks to all at Jon Brambles!

December 2019 I have been very impressed by the quality of service from Jon Brambles and his team . From the outset when arranging a valuation they were attentive , professional and friendly . The sales brochure was provided within 24 hours of confirming I would be using them as house sale agent . I found Katie, Vicki and Gemma excellent in their on going updates , viewings that ensued throughout the sale . I can highly recommend Jon Brambles and his staff they proved themselves to be efficient, timely with updates , always friendly and approachable . I particular prefer the out of town office , super convenient and always a parking place . My house sold in 5 weeks and I am very happy with the service to sell and the aftercare till completion . I would certainly only use Jon Brambles for any future house sales .

I went with Jon Brambles due to their local knowledge, independence and not to mention the unbeatable fee! Sold in a difficult market but got plenty of advice from Jon, Vicky and the rest of the team + plenty of encouragement when it looked like we'd never sell! Once that SOLD sign went up, we completed within 5 weeks and the team kept me updated every step of the way. Forget these online only agents - support a well established & local estate agent - you won't be disappointed!
