Very pleased with Jon Brambles. House value was slightly above the average of the other estimates I received and they sold it at that amount. They actually managed it twice as the original purchaser pulled out due to issues with their current house! I lived 200 miles away from the house so it was important that they could just get on with it without me, and they did. Aside from the initial meeting there was no need for me to see them and I did everything via email and phone which was ideal. I was informed about every viewing and Sue kept me up to date with progress on the sale and chased up the buyers and solicitors when needed. All in all a very smooth experience with them!

We were unsure which local agent to use but after Jon's visit there was no question. Honest, frank, and realistic. From the minute we pressed the button we had nothing but friendly professionalism, not just from Jon but from all members of his team. We decided to attempt to sell during the worst time of the year but had a firm buyer within three weeks, who had clearly been vetted and was just what we wanted. From offer to completion took about twelve weeks, and a lot of that was due to the work put in by this excellent estate agent. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Amazing Team from Start to Finish! The team achieved a great price on the Sale of my Property and after what turned out to be an extremely stressful move (thanks to my Solicitors), was made all the more manageable through the process thanks to Jon, Sue, Gemma, Vicky and the rest of the team. They provided constant communication throughout and kept all parties informed through every step of the way and pushed hard for my solicitors to finalise the contracts to ensure the sale went through. Special mention to Sue as without her, I think we wouldn't have been able to move. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Having previously had my house on the market with a well known local agent (NF) I was, by my own admission, in Estate agent resentment mode! I've sold a few houses over the years and not had a pleasant experience with any of them. Last year I had a viewing with Jon Bramble himself, and we put in an offer via Vicky. The chain collapsed so it didn't go ahead but I was impressed with their service from a buyers perspective, which is why I decided to use them when I remarketed my house this time. Jon was very professional throughout and Vicky is so easy to speak to both as a buyer and a seller. It's been a difficult chain, frought with hiccups beyond their control, but Vicky and Sue have been so supportive, understanding and professional throughout. They have made me feel valued, as opposed to being "just another vendor" with targets to meet. They're ethical, honest and up front, which really is my priority when I deal with anyone, and to be frank - hard traits to find in the industry. They've liaised so well with the agent who is selling me my new house to me too. I've never left an agent a review before, but these guys deserve it. Please don't let the figures of the "most popular agents" as they call themselves dazzle you. I've found a lot of people since that have been burnt by the self proclaimed "Best" agents in Newark, and their shark like tactics have left the honest guys such as the Jon Brambles team, to mop up their mess. I'd always look now at the attitude of agents not their figures, as you're in a chain for a long time and you really need good people on board. We both sold our home and purchased our new home through Jon Brambles Estate Agents and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Starting with a very fair valuation of our home, when other agents were trying to set lower asking prices, to fantastic marketing and selling the property almost for the asking price in just over a week, the whole sales process was excellent. The team then helped us to find our new home and managed what was a very long and difficult chain to completion, which was a real challenge.
