Having moved around quite a lot over the past 20 years I’ve interacted with a number of Estate Agencies over that time as vendor, purchaser, landlord and tenant; with a handful of notable exceptions my broader experience of the industry has sadly been fairly disappointing. With that in mind I’ve been really pleased with your service. You offered a different perspective on how best to sell the properties which nobody else had proposed and turned out to be spot on, you were pleasant and straightforward to deal with in getting the properties to market with zero distracting sales waffle and you were more than happy to challenge some of my own view points with your experience. In other words you actually added value to the process of marketing the properties which isn’t something I’ve come to expect! The three ladies in the office have also been fab. They're friendly, responsive and on the ball with responding to queries and keeping me informed with progress on viewings and offers and Sue has always appeared to be totally on top of keeping the sales moving as far as possible; on multiple occasions I contacted her to ask her to do something that she’d already done, always a good sign. So all in a really positive experience as a vendor at a competitive price. Thank you very much.

We purchased a property through Jon Brambles in Newark There were legal issues with our solicitors and the vendors solicitors, and contact issues with the vendor, that ultimately ended up delaying the purchase. Gemma and the team at Jon Brambles were brilliant, acting as the go between with all the other parties, and ultimately helping us get moved in a week earlier than would have otherwise happened had they not been so reliable. Extremely unprofessional

Extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Director Jon visited my property for a valuation, unfortunately due to his poor people skills we chose to use another company. Jon felt it was appropriate to text me at 7:30pm explaining how disappointed he was that we didn’t pick Jon Brambles. Jon used inappropriate language, was very rude about our circumstances and tried to use his ‘sale skills’ to force us into making a decision without allowing us the important time to discuss/ make a decision that’s right for us.

I wanted to provide a review for Jon Brambles Estate Agents as we just exchanged and are due to complete very soon. This is the second time i have worked with JB's and his team, the first time when we purchased and this time now we are sold. From start to finish Jon Brambles are professional, knowledgeable and supportive every step of the way. The team are transparent and honest, in that they actually follow the estate agents code of conduct, unlike some agencies i've dealt with in the past, and you can tell you are working with trusted experts from the outset. Jon Brambles are a quality estate agents with a track record for closure and sales and I would recommend them without a doubt. Gemma Mable, was our sales agent and conducted many viewings for us, Gemma always turned up early, checked the house before viewers arrived and kept us informed at every stage post viewings with feedback from the prospective purchasers.
