FacebookI previously purchased a property through Jon Brambles and received an excellent service.I wanted a valuation on my current property so immediately thought of them.Jon and Vicky were still as helpful as I remember and a pleasure to deal with. Jon gave me some good advice and I didn't feel pressured at all. I will certainly be selling through themselves when the time comes.

FacebookI cannot fault the service we received from both the Grantham branch and then Newark one. Louise @Newark was very good when things were a bit rocky and I ended up in tears to her! Very sympathetic and reassuring . If I was to move again( which I am not sure I could cope with) , I would definately use them again.

GoogleIf only all estate agents were as good... Jon and all of his team are competent and calm, from initial contact through to completion. Events totally outside of their control meant our sale fell through originally, however we had no hesitation in relisting with them. There isn't another estate agent in the Newark area anywhere near as capable and efficient.

GoogleWhen selling my house I found the team professional, efficient and friendly from the initial market valuation right through to completion. There was an issue found by the buyer's conveyancer just before exchange was due to occur, and the excellent communication from Gemma and the team while the issue was being resolved was a great help. GoogleEveryone at Jon Brambles Estate Agents including Jon himself were a pleasure to do business with. From our initial contact with the office enquiring about marketing our property, through meeting Jon for a market appraisal, then the progression of the sale itself, we’ve been incredibly impressed with their friendliness and communication at every stage. From our pleasant initial contact with Vicky on reception, to Gemma’s demeanour and professionalism while conducting viewings, to Sue’s valuable constant contact with any updates through our sale and onward purchase, we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Jon had no pushy sales patter and didn’t try and up-sell other services. His valuation was realistic and closely aligned to what we thought our house was worth. His photos were of a high quality and not deceptive about size of rooms or outside space. We were surprised to receive an offer at the top of the advertised guide price on the first day of viewings which shows our house was marketed at the right level from the start. We would not hesitate to use their services again and highly recommended them to anyone.

They found us a buyer and we’d accepted an offer within a day of being on the market. Sue in particular was excellent. He said he would sell our house in a week, we had ten viewing in five days and it was sold. You can't ask for better than that. GoogleAll started off ok but myself, my partner along with our children and my partners parents all sold our houses to buy our dream home with an annex sold by Jon bramble’s. Once we had completely moved out of our homes to go on a weeks holiday before moving we were told that our purchase was being taken off the market! We now have no where to live and have had to stay in temporary accommodation as we haven’t found a property suitable for us all to live. To make things worse, we have just seen that Jon brambles have now re listed the property on the market and made no effort to contact us!! So very disappointed for the lack of communication and consideration towards a family that have no where to live due to no fault of their own.
We can fully understand and sympathise with your disappointment and frustration over the aborted sale. When asked to re-market the property by the vendors, we deliberated long and hard regarding a personal call to you; and decided, that as our vendors were still not committed to a sale unless they can secure a particular purchase - we should not subject you to the same heartache once again. Moreover, we appreciated that if still property searching, you would see we had re-advertised and be back in touch. Our decision not to make a call, was actually out of respect for yourselves so that you would not embark upon what may be yet another frustrating journey. We accept your criticism and empathise with your frustration. We did what we felt was best in the circumstances and wish you every success in finding your dream home. Jon and The Team.
