I went with Jon Brambles due to their local knowledge, independence and not to mention the unbeatable fee! Sold in a difficult market but got plenty of advice from Jon, Vicky and the rest of the team + plenty of encouragement when it looked like we'd never sell! Once that SOLD sign went up, we completed within 5 weeks and the team kept me updated every step of the way. Forget these online only agents - support a well established & local estate agent - you won't be disappointed!

First time buyer and had massive trouble with mine and the sellers solicitors so did the seller. Gemma from Jon Brambles was of massive assistance constantly harassing the solicitors for us and demanding action. Even tho it’s been a long and frustrating process both my self and the seller can say that Jon Brambles were the only professional and no fuss part of the process. Who knows when I will require their services again but I can definitely say I will be and so should you.
