Very disappointing. Made a full ask offer on a property but despite this the agent went ahead with a viewing 2 hours later, told them about our full offer so caused a bidding war. I know agents do it but it is still unethical. Lost the property and certainly wouldn’t recommend this company to buyers.

I do understand your disappointment at being unable to purchase this property; however, your review is most unjust and your facts inaccurate. We had pre-booked 4 consecutive appointments on the property following your own viewing. Hardly fair to cancel with minutes notice?? Subsequent clients were made aware of an offer but not the amount. Ordinarily, we would have requested Best and Final offers the following day; however, you were insistent upon trying to resolve matters asap. Best and Final offers were sought and unfortunately your offer was not the one chosen by the vendor. The entire matter was dealt with in an expeditious and fair manner. Furthermore, our client, the vendor directed how matters were to proceed and which offer was acceptable. I can empathise with your frustration in what is a very buoyant market. Given your remarks, I shall withdraw your details from our property matching database as I sense a very unfair reluctance to deal with us, and wish you well with your property search.
