Googlewe phoned with two weeks notice to view some properties when we came to Newark we found that one was sold and hadn't bothered to tell us and it was too late to arrange anything else. They didn't show up at the other property and got the neighbours to let us in. When we bought the property and wanted to measure up we again phoned with 2 weeks notice and again they never showed up and neighbour let us in again. Also our survey showed a leaking radiator and they assured us several times it wax fixed and when we moved in it was still leaking. So we are out of pocket by £400, I don't know what they get up to but they don't seem to work very hard for the seller.
