GoogleGino's have been brilliant for me as a buyer. They've kept in touch regularly throughout the process without putting pressure on me. I've had prompt answers to my queries, sometimes almost instantly. Connor and Gino are both really courteous and helpful. As a first time buyer I've been generally baffled by the process, but they've made things a lot less stressful. They've also made some excellent recommendations for solicitors and surveyors. I would definitely go back to them if I needed the service. What a team!

GoogleGino and his team were fantastic throughout my entire selling process. From their knowledge of the local market, knowledge of individual clients needs, and regular contact during the sales progression, they were first class. Gino also keeps a personal touch on events and is willing to think outside of the box in order to get the contract over the line. Gino’s is not your average Estate Agent and I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleFantastic service from Gino's Estate Agents from the very first contact until completion. The photographs taken of our property by Gino showcased it beautifully, Gino and Connor found us potential buyers to view immediately and our house sold within 24 hours of listing. Our new house was also listed with Gino's which was amazing for keeping tabs on everything. The customer service we had throughout the process was excellent, they really pushed to keep things moving at the solicitor level and were always easy to contact. We couldn't be happier and would very readily recommend them to anyone else (and already have recommended them to family for purchasing a property).

He makes you feel as though you are important, replying quickly with any questions you have. He helped me with information about removal firms, builders and many other queries that made the process so much simpler, removing a lot of the stress that moving brings. GoogleWow! What an amazing, professional service these guys provide. Gino & Conner work their socks off! Communication is outstanding, Gino kept me in the loop continuously with where things were with both solicitors & if mine needed a nudge he would let me know..My flat was sold FIRST day on the market by these guys. Unfortunately after 3 months of the buyer messing us around they pulled out!! I was feeling pretty down about it but Gino's enthusiasm was amazing, he said come on Mike lets get it back on & go again!! 1 week later, BOOM, sold again! Cash buyer! Thankfully all good this time around & thanks to Gino & Conner my flat is now sold.. Brilliant work guys, thank you so much. GoogleGino and Connor provide such an amazing service, they basically also did everyone else's jobs for them too...solicitors, surveyors, lenders, wrote letters on our behalf, chased on our behalf, answered our emails and calls immediately even when on holiday, always working overtime. They saved the sale a few times as hitches came up. They always told us the honest truth and were a wealth of knowledge and reassurance. These guys literally live and breathe their job,and are the most honest and genuinely lovely guys.. We were just buyers too! If I could give you more stars I would. Best estate agent you will ever find.
