I have just completed on the purchase of a house through Gino's, and I can honestly say that it has been the best, most professional experience I have encountered in all my dealings with estate agents over the years. Gino and his team have been very supportive throughout the process, including when I was forced to change solicitor after several weeks. Lisa was especially supportive in getting us from agreement of sale through exchange of contracts to final completion, keeping regular contact with all parties involved - buyer (me), seller, buyer's solicitor and seller's solicitor. This enabled us to complete just before Christmas (which was looking very unlikely a few weeks earlier).

During the past year I have experienced the true professionalism at Gino's with the sale of 2 family properties where I was sole Executor. Gino, Connor and Lisa went above and beyond to help me through the process. The care and consideration they showed really helped me and were so reassuring at every stage. Highly recommend Gino's Estate Agents. Gino and his team Connor and Lisa handled our property sale and purchase with great care and dedication. Great communication at all times, had our property sold very quickly AND found us our next home the next day! The whole process was smooth and with very little stress. I can't rate Gino and his team, especially Lisa, highly enough. We had a stressful time with both our's and the buyer's solicitors. However Gino and Lisa were friendly, helpful and very proactive in getting things moving forward. I don't think we would have had the sale complete without them. We had a difficult property to sell with challenging time constraints. They never failed to get back to me and keep us updated, much more useful than the solicitors ever were. If you’re looking to put your house on the market, you absolutely can’t go wrong with Gino’s. From the moment we first began to think about selling until the point at which we completed, Gino, Conner and Lisa were there with us every step of the way, answering my many hundreds of questions and doing everything within their power to ensure that the whole process was as smooth and trouble-free as possible. Gino came and valued our property personally and was honest and upfront about issues that we might encounter during the process of selling. Conner was incredibly helpful every time we spoke and Lisa went out of her way to keep us updated on a regular basis. The whole team were so proactive that I hardly had to do a thing. Selling a property on behalf of an elderly parent and dealing with moving them into a retirement home is never an easy thing, but managing the whole process from another country added yet another level of difficulty. Gino and the team went out of their way to do everything that they could to assist and advise me, and I can honestly say, I couldn’t have wished for a better or more personal service. I would not hesitate to recommend Gino’s.

We purchased our first home through Gino’s and found them to be excellent. Connor showed us round a couple of houses and answered all our questions. We found he wasn’t pushy at all, just very straightforward and pleasant to deal with which made me feel like we could fully take our time to look around and make our decision, and was a great experience considering I had dealt with some other agents who had gone with more of a sales approach which wasn’t for me. After we put in an offer on the property which was accepted Connor kept us updated every step of the way and was in regular contact with everyone involved in the sale to keep things running smoothly, he even got updates from my solicitor before I did! Which was handy as it meant I was regularly updated with everything going on and never felt like I was out of the loop. I also had a few emails/conversations with Gino during the process and also found him great to deal with, really helpful and friendly. I honestly couldn’t rate them higher, they made the purchase of our first home smooth and straightforward. If we are to sell in the future (although we love our house so will be very distant future lol) we will absolutely be using Ginos - would highly recommend!

When it came to selling the property I was looking for an estate agent that I could talk to the person who was making the decisions rather than someone that would collect information and relay it to their boss, as soon as I met Gino I knew this was the person who I wanted to work with. We had a meeting at the property and by the end of it we both agreed how we wanted to go about marketing it. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gino’s Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Gino and his team were professional, personable, and made the entire process run smoothly. Their knowledge of the local area and their immediate understanding of our requirements were second to none. We encountered several hiccups along the way, both with selling and buying, but Gino and his team were diligent throughout and managed to keep the entire chain together. I also sold my father’s house in September 2024 through Gino’s Estate Agents. Once again, the team were incredibly helpful. Before Gino set up his own estate agent, he worked with another company in Nailsea. We bought our house from him and found him to be outstanding. Honest, reliable and trustworthy. There was no question in our mind who we wanted to sell it when the time came. He was every bit as good selling for us as he was to buy from. Our only disappointment is that his colleague took more of the viewings than he did, which of course was not in his control. In the words of a mutual friend “Gino’s the one you fall in love with” Perhaps now he has his own operation it will be 100% Gino. Best wishes in the new business Gino.
