GoogleFrom start to finish. Gino's were super friendly, polite, professional and above all, their communication was excellent. So much so that they even kept us up to date with the situation of the house that we were purchasing, as the other agents were horrendous. I would 100% recommend them to anybody thinking of selling or buying a property. Thank you to the whole team at Gino's...keep doing what you're doing!

GoogleI have nothing but praise and gratitude for Gino and his fantastic business. My late grandmother's bungalow was his first property to sell when Gino's Estate Agents was launched back in 2021 - although it was clear that he was an absolute professional and knew exactly what he was doing after years of previous experience. It's no wonder his company has grown and is thriving in just a couple of years. In what was an emotional and stressful time, Gino just seemed to make everything that little bit easier and nothing was ever too much trouble. A genuine, honest, super efficient guy who is so easy to talk to - which you don't often hear when it comes to estate agents I would recommend Gino's Estate Agents to anyone, thankyou so much for everything.

GoogleWe bought our home through Gino. Both he and Connor were excellent at every stage of the process and they made us feel as though we were their clients too. Communication was always prompt and courteous and we always felt reassured during what could have been a very stressful time.

GoogleWe were impressed with Gino from our very first meeting with him. We opted to go with his company to sell our house and are delighted we did. We are emigrating and hoped to be there before Christmas but Gino suggested most transactions take at least 3 months. He had the house on Right Move in two and a half days and it was sold subject to contract three days later. Completion took place today, 9 weeks from our first meeting. We cannot praise Gino and Connor too highly but Lisa, their sales progressor, was fantastic. She constantly kept us up to date with what was happening and certainly enabled the sale to be completed without a hitch. We will be in NZ for Christmas thanks to their efforts and this is something we did not think would be possible. We highly recommend them. Thank you.

Despite the challenges we faced with the solar panels, they worked tirelessly to ensure that everything went smoothly. They handled every situation with the utmost professionalism and were always available to answer any questions we had. Their expertise and knowledge of the industry was evident in every step of the process. We’ve reviewed around 30 houses with different state agents in Backwell and Nailsea, but these guys were a blessing to come across. They made us feel like we were their top priority and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. GoogleIn the past six months I have used Gino to sell both my parents house and my own. He sold my parents house in three days and my own didn't even make it on to the market! He had a potential buyer who had been looking in the area and showed them my property for which they instantly offered the full asking price. I cannot recommend Gino and his team highly enough. Along with Lisa, he was constantly chasing and checking things to keep the chain moving! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The sale of my own property was an absolute nightmare due to a solar panel issue. Gino was helpful and was constantly reassuring both myself and my buyers. I think the one of the best things about them is they put a realistic price on both houses, something other estate agents fail to do. I cannot thank Gino and Lisa enough for all the hard work they put into selling both properties and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleJust completed on our house purchase through Gino’s and I couldn’t recommend them enough. His friendly and down to earth demeanour made communication simple and enjoyable. This is echoed through his fantastic team of Connor and Lisa. Lisa our sales progressor was always on hand to lend advice and assist in always keeping the sale moving in the right direction. All in all it’s a massive thank you to Gino’s, we are over the moon with the service and will be inviting them back to see the progress we make on our renovations!
