We have bought and sold two houses with Gino as our main contact and we wouldn't use anyone else! Very professional and highly recommended. Nothing was ever a problem for him, even when dealing with a couple of nervous first time buyers. He listened to what we wanted rather than simply bombarding us with properties. Very professional but at the same time friendly and easy to get along with. He will always take the time to listen to your requirements and take them on board and not just bombard you as some other agents seem to. Gino helped us so much when we moved to the area as we knew nothing at all. He will always go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble, highly recommended.

No follow up following viewings. No response to queries raised during a viewing. Same experience when accompanying a friend for viewings and when looking with my husband for our own next move. Rude when requesting a viewing. Gino's lack …
