GoogleThis letting agency is a joke they arrange a inspection one minute then section21 the next as the landlords haven't a clue what they want and this agent will keep phoning if you give them your number avoid at all costs

Googlegreat service to a landlord. Got my house on the market, found a tenant and managed the process from start to finish. When my first tenant put in notice to leave, a new tenant was found within a couple of weeks and all checks completed ready to move in!. very pleased with the family structure of the firm, they clearly have a passion to ensure fair treatment of both tenant and landlord, and have a wealth of experience in managing these relationships.

Terrible service as letting agents. Not helpful at all. Was messed around a lot when trusting them. Tricked into leasing another year and misinformed when landlord was selling. Told to leave heating on all day and night to get rid of metres of mould after two weeks of moving in. Ridiculous. Would arrange viewings without our acknowledgment I feel as if my good nature was taken advantage of.
