If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This agency is one of the best letting agency in the whole of Plymouth! Mark and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to help us with the issues we had with our previous agency, we are extremely grateful and I don’t think I could ever find the words to express our gratitude towards them for everything they have done for us. Please beware when renting a property…

Please beware when renting a property from these estate agents, they are lazy, everything is an effort, they entered my house without permission, when we vacated they are now charging me £500 to cut grass in the garden, i asked for pictures of checkout and they told me we don't have to provide them so we won't. all the staff are very rude.please please please do your research before renting through this company, if you do decide to rent through beresford take a million pictures of before and after as you they have no morals and will try to get every penny out of you to make themselves look good infront of the Landlord.

This is a useless unprofessional estate agent, they do not make any effort, they are lazy and do not have a sense of business. Not only they do not find any buyers they also do not bother to take things right on the right move website. They are waste of time. They do not have any skills or proper training to evaluate properties. Please look at the houses they have evaluated on the right move. There are houses in Wickham bishops which do not have proper lounge, they do not have study , front garden and have only small back garden (and have only 4 bedrooms) this estate agent have evaluate those properties around £1000000 or £1100000. They are just a joke and do not have any common sense.

I am a currently serving member of the armed forces. I originally became a landlord by accident and through my job had to rent my property I became aware of Beresfordward through my father to which I placed my first property. Over the next year to 18 months the team secured me a further 3 rental property's to which they manage for me completely hassle free the drop of a email to let me know when my rents are due into my account. And the occasional maintenance issue and notifications of when my legal obligations in regards to gas certificuits and very boring stuff like that but the staff keep it easy and are a friendly bunch. Now to my colleagues currently serving or have served if you have property in and around Plymouth that you need to let at a competitive rate then I would strongly recommend the team at Beresfordward as the first point of contact I'm sure you will get the best competitive rate around. I use my own maintenance contractors to which they fully engage with no problems. Over all the team at Beresfordward are a helpful friendly bunch where nothing is to much no question to silly gives me the confidence to continue to build my port folio knowing I have a outstanding letting adgent that I trust to perform again and again. Grait job Mark pass on my thanks to your whole team. 👍

We currently still rent from Bereford Ward and if we move they will be the first people we go to. I have recommended this company to friends and family. Easily the best experience for newcomers to the Plymouth market. They were the only agent to show interest in providing suitable properties and showing times that suited us. Whilst we viewed a large number of potential places to rent, we shortlisted down to two and both were with Beresford Ward. Sign up was easy and informative. The company is clearly professional but with family values driving their customer service. We really look forward to a long term tenancy with them.
