Having read your recent review Denise, it is extremely disappointing to note the comments made within. Following a detailed appraisal of your file, and your subsequent contact via phone with both myself, and the local office, file notes outline a different view to your own in terms of how events have unfolded throughout your interaction with our Company. Our internal notes, which include conversations from phone calls and any emails sent and received, are added to the file in ‘real time’ and cannot be amended thereafter. Concerning the viewing you have requested on numerous occasions, we have made our position perfectly clear. We have a duty of care with regards to our clients and our employees and should we have concerns, will not place them in a vulnerable position. With this in mind, we will not be accompanying your viewing and have made our seller aware as to the reasons why. It is also worth noting that you told me several times you had numerous properties and did not need to sell a property to buy onwards. This is contradictory to the comments you have made. To suggest the approach of our Branch Manager was rude is somewhat harsh, given how you choose to conduct yourself. I have been on the receiving end of your abusive language and have made it very clear we will not tolerate such behaviour. I trust this clarifies our position with regards to your request.
