Excellent right from the start with Tom's valuation visit back in March, through to completion of our sale in September. It has been quite a journey with many ups and downs for us, but the Bromsgrove team, and Pete in particular, have been there for us, giving valuable advice and support throughout, for both sale and purchase. Always a friendly response to calls and a lovely welcome on our frequent visits to the easily accessible Bromsgrove office. From start to finish, the team were professional, supportive, and incredibly compassionate. Another totally satisfying experience of selling through Oulsnams in Moseley Village. A buyer was found in the first month of putting the house up for sale. Oulsnams do a very good job in helping the seller and buyer and in moving g the sale forward. A key factor for me is their ability to identify genuine buyers.

When selling my late father's house, we found the Barnt Green team to be professional, helpful and communication on all matters were prompt and informative. This review would not be complete without mentioning Sarah (Kirk). Throughout the whole process she was helpful, supportive and easy to talk to. Giving detailed feedback on viewings, useful tips and putting in a considerable amount of effort to ensure the sale went through with her kind and cheerful manner, always returning calls promptly. Due to Sarah the stressful process of selling our old family home was made so much easier.

My property manager, Shania Benton, has been absolutely great for the majority now of being the tenant of a rental with Oulsnam. I've been here for ten years now, and they have always been good, but Shania especially balances professionalism with being friendly really well, and seems to actually care about the tenant as a person, as well as the property as an asset for the landlord.

We have recently successfully sold our property using the Bournville branch of Oulsnam and the money is now in our bank account. It sold quickly at a good price. A great start! However, this is just the beginning of the process. It always takes weeks until completion and the sale money is eventually transferred. However, what stands out for me is the support the staff at the Bournville branch then offered us during this period as they all worked towards an eventual final completion for us. A group of very pleasant, professional staff kept gently pushing us, kept pushing the other parties, the buyer and even our own solicitors in the sale to encourage and nudge forward the sale towards completion. At the same time, they kept us constantly up to date with progress, with problems or any actions that we needed to take to move the progress forward. It was great to have them all on our side!

GoogleUnfortunately, very poor customer service. I accidentally got the date of my viewing mixed up and missed the appointment. I accept responsibility for this and was more than happy to apologise and rearrange. However, an hour later I received a call from the estate agent informing me that I had missed the appointment. The way I was spoken to was extremely rude and the agent actually hung up on me. I then called the office myself to apologise and see if the viewing could be rearranged. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to was also very rude and told me that I had “wasted their time”. I completely understand that missing an appointment is inconvenient and I accept my mistake. However, there is a professional way to deal with customers, and I found the attitude of both staff members completely unacceptable. I was genuinely interested in the property, but after this experience I would not use this estate agent and would not recommend them.
