Oulsnam (Angela) at their Droitwich branch helped us (the family) to sell our family home. The family moved to Droitwich from London in 1965 to the property now sold. We all have had lots of memories that we cherish. Many of those memories involve times and occasions in the home. Both of the property owners (our parents) are now no longer with us. The 3 children have all grown up, had their own family's and moved on, but all within maybe 15 miles of Droitwich. With so many memories for all of us, the property sale required an estate agency with an understanding of the needs for the family. Angela was all of that and so much more. She is a very professional and highly competent property conveyancer who I would have no problem recommending to anyone. The sale ran alongside a probate process, meaning there were many 'extra' issues, and hurdles to overcome. Angela (and the team at Oulsnams) didn't miss a step. Everything was achieved and completed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Thanks to Oulsnams it was a seamless process that could quite easily have not been. So from our family to everyone at Oulsnam's, a huge thankyou to you all.

They're liars

They're liars. In March 2026, they told me a terraced house in Cedar Rd had gated access, or a right-of-way (ROW), to & from the rear garden. It was in writing, told verbally & confirmed on two viewings. There was no ROW. During the buying process my lawyers told me no such ROW existed. The ROW was reciprocal for houses either side to carry out maintenance. In other words no ROW for taking out your garden rubbish. I pulled the sale. I am now taking Oulsnam & the seller to court to recover the £1286 these lies have cost.

I have used Robert Oulsnam in the past, and would recommend them to anyone who wants a personal service in selling their home. I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.

Couldn’t recommend them enough

As the executor of my sister’s estate I needed to sell her property so it was a difficult time and Victoria, Debbie and Elisha were so helpful and although we had problems selling the property because Birmingham city council went out of their way to slow the process down and I lost a couple of buyers the ladies at Redditch were so encouraging and kept me informed every step of the way so I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Overall, Robert Oulsnam were fine and did what was needed during the process. Amazing Team to Sell a House With

Michelle and team were extremley honest and communicated well. They made me feel supported at the time of selling my house (as we all know selling a house isn't the easiest thing to do). The photos & advert they did of my place were extremely well done. Managed to get a great buyer within a month! I trusted them with my house keys when I moved away and I really felt like my property was in good hands. Fees were reasonable as well. My parents sold their house through them a year before me and I would recommend them to anyone I know who's selling! Thank you for being incredible.

When our agreed sale fell through, Oulsnams were so helpful and helped us to find a new buyer. Even though the failure doubled their workload and they had to spend twice as long to sell our house as we expected, they didn't charge any extra. Fantastic local estate agent, the staff have been great from viewing properties to finally collecting the keys to our new home last week. I shall be forever thankful that I found Vicky and the team at Oulsnam Redditch. Today, we complete on our house sale in Rubery after 9 painful months on the market with another agent, Oulsnam were a breath of fresh air. The service offered was impeccable, honest and they delivered. Within 5 days of being on the market with Oulsnam, I had 4 booked viewings, all conducted over a weekend with Jeff.
