House sale went very smoothly, probably helped by the fact that there wasn't a complicated chain. I approached Oulsnams, who had done a previous house valuation for me. Victoria and the team were very helpful and efficient in dealing with the sale. Marketing of the property was done quickly to get the property out there. The second viewing provided an acceptable offer which I took.

Peter, helped us numerous times through out our time dealing with Oulsnams (08/12/25-01/05/26). Our Solicitor I’m afraid was not so good, Peter helped us get to a definitive moving date by speaking with our solicitor on our behalf, on many occasions. I would definitely recommend Oulsnams Bromsgrove.

We had a brilliant experience with the Oulsnam Bournville team. The whole team were incredibly helpful and proactive during our sale and purchase, and particular thanks to Anna and Emma who were so supportive and helped us to secure an early viewing on a house we loved and eventually moved into. Nothing was too much trouble , cant praise Lisa and the team enough . Also a Thank you to Lauren who stepped in when Lisa was on holiday. Would definitely recommend this branch of Oulsnam .

GoogleFrom the very beginning, Sarah was friendly, helpful and professional. We were selling a house from 100 miles away, so it was reassuring to know Oulsnam's were keeping an eye on things when we couldn't be there. Emails and phone calls were always answered quickly and efficiently, and the whole process has been incredibly smooth and very easy. We would recommend Oulsnam's very highly!

We had a viewing with Sadie, from the Bromsgrove team, on the hottest day of the year and felt moved to write a review, as all 5 of us thought she did an incredible job. We arrived early but, instead of waiting outside, Sadie arranged for us to view the gardens first, whilst another couple finished viewing the house. As we moved inside, she had both appointments running alongside each other, somehow managing to answer all of our questions, keep the vendors happy and entertaining our 3 children, who were making it difficult for us to see everything! It was incredibly hot, but she worked so hard to make it a good experience for us, remaining enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable throughout. All of the children left saying how lovely she was, and it takes a lot to win them over!
