GoogleI found key 2 go very friendly always there to answer my questions even put up with me crying on the phone. Our house move was a very long dragged out process (nothing to do with key 2 go) but they checked in with us regularly kept is informed of everything I felt they were there with us every step of the emotional roller coaster. We used a different estate agents 10yrs ago who i would not recommend.

Facebookfrom start to finish our tenancy was an absolute disgrace, quick enough to take a disposit from you but when it come to getting repairs done it would take ages for them to even act on this and let us live in a house full of mold on walls, in end we was that sick of waiting we got someone to fix the issue our self.
the attitude of the lettings team absolutely stunk and eventually the nursey next door got us evicted cause apparently our cats was doing their business on their lawn 🙈 but the amount of cats in mosborough it could have been anyones, think it was a case of our face didnt fit.
100 percent wouldn't even recommend to my worse enemy.
the nursey actually did us a favour and got us out of a tenancy from hell.

Firstly, I am sorry you felt dissatisfied through your tenancy.
My team are extremely conscious and considerate, we are extremely thorough in the application process and deposits are taken to secure the property for you to avoid you losing to another applicant. I’m sorry if you felt this was us rushing to take your deposit but this was us acting in your best interest.
Our principal job is to market the property to find a tenant for the landlord. The tenancy agreement (contract) is between the you and the landlord. In some cases we continue to manage the property as we did in this case but ultimately we are acting as a go between, between yourself and your landlord and require approval to act upon their instruction.
In this case we have acted upon the landlord’s a request to provide authorised maintenance work and to serve notice to you and I am sorry if you feel Key2go are responsible. Ultimately, the house is the property of the landlord and we have to act upon their direct instruction.
We do have an internal complaints procedure and I would have welcomed the opportunity to be made aware of your frustrations rather than you take directly to social media.

GoogleCompletely avoid if you are a First-Time Buyer! The intital sales progress was good (of course, they make money from it). But soon as I went through the mortage broker and put an offer, it became a horrendous experience.
I made the company well aware in Septemeber beforehand that my tenancy at my rental property was due to end in January. They informed me well in advance that I should have the property by then, now it's Febuary and they I am looking around March. My landlord will not renew a rolling contract after March, so possibly left Homeless thanks to these guys.
Secondly, the solictors have found out the Managing Company of the property is charging £950 for repairs at the property! This information they knew in advance and never informed me! WTF! I have to now find money to pay this, what a complete robbery.

We understand you were frustrated at the length of time the sale took to go through. We as agents always advise buyers and sellers that once a sale is agreed, on average the remaining process takes between 8 and 12 weeks. You would have been informed of this at the time of you having your offer accepted, timescales can vary considerably depending on each individual transaction. It is the responsibility of the solicitor to progress the matter through to completion once a sale is agreed, us as agents have little influence on how quickly or slowly the transaction can complete but we do our very best to keep pushing all parties to help the sale progress as quickly as possible.
We can assure you Key2go had no prior knowledge of the management company intending to charge for potential repairs on a leasehold property, again this is the responsibility of your solicitor and to inform you at the appropriate stage of learning of the information.

GoogleTold this agent I was travelling 180 miles to see the property because we're from out of town, was advised the landlord was doing the viewings. Got there 5min early, waited outside in the rain for 30min and no-one showed, it was a Saturday so when we rang them we had to leave a message on the answer phone.
Noobdy had called me back by Monday afternoon so I rang them to tell them what had happened, they asked if they could call me back, they never rang back and I have since found out they hold a key for it, so why didn't they make more of an effort seeing as we had driven for 3hrs to get there? Terrible service!

I understand how frustrating it must have been that nobody showed for your viewing. Unfortunately, as the viewing was arranged with the Landlord, this was out of our control. Whilst we do have keys for this property, the Landlord is insistent they conduct their own viewings.
We did receive a voicemail after our office had closed from an anonymous caller regarding a viewing that nobody showed up for, but no name or number was left on the voicemail.
When you called Monday afternoon, I can only apologise that your call wasn’t returned, my expectations of the team are higher, and I am grateful for making us aware of this.
I am sorry this has happened and I hope you understand part of your frustration was out of our control.
