GoogleNot useful at all. I had put an offer on a property and after 3 weeks still didn't hear back from them and the property still on the market. This was my second attempt of buying a house with them. My first attempt was also not very pleasant. If you have enough time to waste then go with them.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
Hi Susana I have tried to call you a couple of times to discuss your issue. Unfortunately, as Will from our office advised you, the vendor was not willing to make a decision on your offer until further viewings had taken place. We can assure you that we have tried several times to get a decision from the vendor to no avail. I am sorry if you felt you wasn’t kept up to date but unfortunately there wasn’t anything to inform you. At the time of writing this the vendor was still not willing to accept the offer. The first attempt you referred to was a situation where the purchase went to best and final offers and unfortunately another party offered higher than you. We must stress that we act upon our vendors instructions in all cases and unfortunately in both instances it appears that your frustrations of their decisions have been aimed at us. I would be more than happy to discuss this with you if you wish to contact our office on 0114 2478819. Best wishes, Richard (Director)
