Brilliant service from Key2go, from Emma who valued the house and Will who kept us up to date about all viewings, feedbacks and offers. We also had a link to a webpage that kept this information up to date. We had lots of viewings and after a "best and final offer situation" we sold the house in about 4 weeks. As the family lived some distance away and the house was empty we wanted Key2go to manage all viewings. I would like to start by thanking the staff at Key2go. There approach was very professional from the start and gave a very fair valuation based on the other bungalows for sale in the area. There brochure of the bungalow was very good and generated a lot of interest. An offer was made on the property very quickly but unfortunately it fell through but Key2go were very positive and reshuffled the photos in the brochure which did the trick. All through the process they kept me upto date and even when they didn't know, they were very helpful and rang around to find out. I paid a fixed fee and I think it was great value for money. Well done Key2go.

Rented a property through key 2 go for around 2 years i have recently just moved out the property and wouldn’t rate there service or ever use them again, been waiting a month to receive my bond back from the property and everytime I have rang up it’s just been excuse after excuse, passing it off on the landlord which I could believe, in the meantime they have moved someone into the property but found it hard to relate with me to get my money back to me or to say if there was any issues that I needed to rectify kept saying they would call me back and it took me to call them back the next day or later on in the day I called. The service I received when I was moving into the property was amazing but that’s them taking my money not giving it back to me
