FacebookRecently used Key2go for selling my house the service I received was second to none from start to finish.Holly was the first point of contact doing the valuation and photographs who was really charming and very knowledgeable.The second point of contact through to completion was Carly who kept us informed both by telephone and email on a regular basis.If I had any questions she always answered in a very timely manner.The solicitor which was recommended by Key2go Metcalfe David Eyre’s were also first class with almost instant responses to my questions.From start to finish the service was first class and I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone wanting a nice easy sale and purchase.

TrustpilotPlease avoid for Sales
My experience with Key2Go estate agents has been extremely poor from a sales standpoint, and I can say with complete confidence that they failed to uphold the sales agreement I signed when I paid for their upfront sales package. What should have been a straightforward process instead became a situation where Key2Go acted entirely on their own terms, disregarding both the contract and my clear instructions.

Google5* What can I say... The story begins with Will... I was in contact with Will who took my bid for the House. He kept me in the loop the whole time while I was waiting on who would get the house. Over the weekend I spoke with a Gent called Bradley who informed and confirmed that my bid had been confirmed and were waiting to see who got the house. It was my two year old daughters birthday.. Will called us at 5pm on deadline day to say we had got the property and the bid had been accepted. Which was an amazing feeling! He added so much drama lol From then on we dealt with Bradley mostly and Will as backup. Bradley worked his socks off and he never once complained when I was frustrated. Very professional throughout. We had some issues from the sellers solicitors being just lazy and incompetent. Spelling mistakes and all sorts. None of which was the mistakes of Key2go. They helped keep me patient and in the end we completed. The keys are in my hands and I've just finished taking off the first layer of wallpaper to start the decorating process. Thank you Key2go for being spot on! Will deffo use again and do recomend!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe recently completed on a sale of a property using Keys to Go. Bradley was outstanding. It was a difficult sale due to having to extend the lease to the property. Bradley liaised between the buyer and ourselves and I believe his handling of the sale was what enabled the successful completion. I was always able to speak to someone when required and my calls were always returned promptly. This is the 2nd time we have used Keys to Go in 12 months and I would definitely recommend them. GoogleAs Tina Turner said "Simply The Best!" After getting several quotes from local estate agents we decided to go with Key2go. From the first point of contact the team were professional, friendly and attentive and explained everything step by step. Our house went on the market and was sold in under 3 weeks for just a little under the asking price. The process of moving house was stressful to say the least as solicitors and both sides kept raising issues and the move kept getting delayed. Living out of boxes with a heavily pregnant wife was interesting to say the least..... BUT Key2go kept the excellent customer service going throughout and went above and beyond what would be expected of them. A special mention to Bradley who was always on hand, kept pestering Solicitors for me and always phoned me back when he said he would do. For anyone reading this wondering which estate agent to use then just go with Key2go. You won't be disappointed. The team genuinely do care about you and look after you during the whole process! GoogleCannot fault this Estate Agents, particularly Bradley whom I dealt with once our offer was accepted. He was exceptional and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. No question went unanswered, he was always prompt and polite; and was happy to be a go between for myself, the sellers and sellers solicitors. He made the process so seamless. If we ever do sell our new home I will definitely consider Key2Go.
