5* What can I say... The story begins with Will... I was in contact with Will who took my bid for the House. He kept me in the loop the whole time while I was waiting on who would get the house. Over the weekend I spoke with a Gent called Bradley who informed and confirmed that my bid had been confirmed and were waiting to see who got the house. It was my two year old daughters birthday.. Will called us at 5pm on deadline day to say we had got the property and the bid had been accepted. Which was an amazing feeling! He added so much drama lol From then on we dealt with Bradley mostly and Will as backup. Bradley worked his socks off and he never once complained when I was frustrated. Very professional throughout. We had some issues from the sellers solicitors being just lazy and incompetent. Spelling mistakes and all sorts. None of which was the mistakes of Key2go. They helped keep me patient and in the end we completed. The keys are in my hands and I've just finished taking off the first layer of wallpaper to start the decorating process. Thank you Key2go for being spot on! Will deffo use again and do recomend!PositiveProfessionalism

We recently completed on a sale of a property using Keys to Go. Bradley was outstanding. It was a difficult sale due to having to extend the lease to the property. Bradley liaised between the buyer and ourselves and I believe his handling of the sale was what enabled the successful completion. I was always able to speak to someone when required and my calls were always returned promptly. This is the 2nd time we have used Keys to Go in 12 months and I would definitely recommend them. Our house went on the market and was sold in under 3 weeks for just a little under the asking price. The process of moving house was stressful to say the least as solicitors and both sides kept raising issues and the move kept getting delayed. Living out of boxes with a heavily pregnant wife was interesting to say the least..... BUT Key2go kept the excellent customer service going throughout and went above and beyond what would be expected of them. A special mention to Bradley who was always on hand, kept pestering Solicitors for me and always phoned me back when he said he would do. For anyone reading this wondering which estate agent to use then just go with Key2go. You won't be disappointed. The team genuinely do care about you and look after you during the whole process! Cannot fault this Estate Agents, particularly Bradley whom I dealt with once our offer was accepted. He was exceptional and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. No question went unanswered, he was always prompt and polite; and was happy to be a go between for myself, the sellers and sellers solicitors. He made the process so seamless. As a buyer, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent and I have to say that I was shocked by how untrustworthy Key2go are. After putting an offer in on a property which last sold 6 months prior, questions were raised about the sellers reasons for an unusually quick resale. I was initially told this was due to a change in circumstance, and the agent wasn’t allowed to elaborate further than that… (it’s at this point I should have walked away). I was later given actual details of the sellers situation, which was probably done to keep the peace after the seller started acting strangely towards an electrician I hired to carry out an inspection at the property. It was very unnerving that this information hadn’t been provided initially, as it would have explained the sellers behaviour and saved me a lot of unnecessary worry. When I put an offer in on the property, I made it clear I wasn’t willing to pay a penny above what the house sold for 6 months ago because it was still in the same condition it was back then, but the person I spoke to actually lied to me about the previous sold price… so I matched a higher amount. Luckily my solicitor picked up on this and informed me of the actual price, and I reduced my offer. At no point was there any acknowledgment or apology from Key2go. I spent a small fortune on surveys, inspections and reports to make sure I had a clear picture of the costs involved with the considerable renovation work required at the property, and after negotiating on price, I noticed a shift in the attitude of the Sales Progressor. The interactions became unpleasant from that point on and she was increasingly dismissive about further (major) issues that arose, focussing solely on completion. The property was marketed as freehold, but my solicitor identified an unregistered leasehold title which practically renders the freehold useless and has other worrying legal implications, not to mention impacting the value of the property, saleability, as well as limiting mortgage options because properties like this are undesirable to lenders. After several incredibly stressful weeks of trying to figure out my options and establish the risks involved, I decided to withdraw from the sale. Prior to this (and before I’d even had chance to finalise a decision with my solicitor) the Sales Progressor called me and had the audacity to try and convince me to go ahead with the purchase claiming I was ‘protected’ by an indemnity policy (this basically covers legal costs if a leaseholder takes legal action, it does not prevent the worst case scenario - eviction). Yet again, I wasn’t being listened to; the actual risks involved were completely dismissed and the very real concerns I had were brushed off. I understand the nature of a role in sales is to ‘push’ things along a little, but the attempt to pressure someone at that stage of the sale in a passive aggressive manner is unacceptable. The uncertainties around unregistered leasehold titles makes purchasing a property like this a huge risk and I note that the property has since been re-marketed at £10k under the original asking price… and yet the week before I was spoken to in a condescending manner when I raised concerns about the resale value being affected by the leasehold. Buying and selling houses is one of the most stressful things you can do, even when everything goes smoothly, but this unfortunate experience was made truly dreadful by the constant lack of transparency and unprofessionalism throughout the entire process. EDIT - To be told that ‘certain statements within this review do not reflect reality’ by someone whom I had zero interactions with is reflective of the dismissive and patronising attitude I was up against with this company. Unsurprisingly there has been a total lack of accountability for the way I was spoken to and that in itself speaks volumes.

From start to finish they’re just on it- so organised, helpful and approachable. You don’t have to chase them because they’ve already done it and they’re really proactive at chasing up buyers and sellers and their solicitors.
