I’m really disappointed with the service. I had a 10:00am appointment for a house evaluation, booked several days in advance. I arrived early and waited from 9:50, but no one showed up. At 10:05 I called the office, only to be told it had been cancelled due to a staff emergency. I understand emergencies happen, but there was no prior notice at all. A simple call or message would have saved me time and travel. Customers’ time should be respected just as much. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I’ve also noticed from other reviews that similar situations have happened before, which suggests this is not an isolated incident but a recurring issue with communication and organisation.
