GoogleThis Branch of Andrews Estate Agents were attentive at all times especially as the country entered into lock down in March 2020, they then quickly picked up on the government allowing freeing lock down in July 2020 at which time they introduced many viewings with in the first week after lockdown this emanated in four offers of purchase of my house at full asking price and we chose the perfect purchaser together, from this point it took six months to finalise due to covid-19 the agency kept there word on the commission we had agreed almost a year earlier. Some 30 + years ago, I purchased my house through the same branch of Andrews whilst naturally the staff had change but the ethos of this agency and company had not change it was a pleasure to have had dealings with them and can highly recommend their services and professional attitude in all my dealings with them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI am writing to let people know about the poor professionalism and bad manners of the senior team of this company and in particular of this branch. I applied for a job as property manager with this company at this branch: I had 2 interviews and in the team involved in the process, there were 3 people: branch manager of Morden, regional manager and in-house recruiter. At the end of the process I kindly asked everybody to let me know about the final answer, either yes or no, as I believe answering is just an ethic and kind way of general behaviour. (and you shouldn't ask as should be obvious). After nearly one week from the deadline for the decision and, after writing an email too, nobody didn't care at all to let me know the final decision. I decided to write this as I think the good and professional behaviour of one company has to be in all the situation and with any person that deals with them. If I have to transfer this disappointing experience made of nonexistent customer service, (every person staff, client or contractors should be considered as client and treated politely) to tenancy with a problem...I don't want to think further... In Italy we say: ASKING IS LEGITIMATE, REPLYING IS COURTESY....
