Glad to see some positive reviews because my experience over the past few weeks has been horrendous. Cannot believe that there are companies that completely ignore their customers. I've emailed Laila countless times for a simple request of returning my deposit, had an initial response and then radio silence. Called the office on a few occasions and always get the voicemail. Perhaps Andrews work on much longer ETAs than I am used to but at least state what those are. Tried the instant chat on the website today to try and get a message across to the team as a last resort. PS: I am still waiting....... Unfortunately, I have to give a minimum of 1 star. Edit: Re - adjusted to 5 stars as the response has been quick and efficient since my last chaser and this review. It may have been a bit harsh giving a 1 star based on one person at the organisation.

To sell your house and to buy at the same time is very stressful but with the support and help from Andrews Morden I was successful to achieve my family’s dream to have a bigger house. Julia Francis was very great and supportive from the beginning when we decided to put our house for sale until we moved to the new one. Even after moving Julia was a mediator between me and my buyer over a small issue related to the fittings. She is seriously a skilled negotiator. She kept me informed of every small detail and she always had a ver calm persona. She kept saying to me “ you are in safe hands” and that was the truth. She always kept everyone updated about the sale and made our dreams come true. Whenever I needed Julia she answered her emails even if it was out of her working hours. With Andrews Morden every step was made easy. Andrews work with solicitors that are very professional and quick. Andrews kept in contact with the solicitors and chased the case because all the members in the chain wanted to make use of the stamp duty holiday deadline. It was great job done by Andrews. Everyone in the office was like a friend. They were always there to help and advise. A huge thanks to Antonelli Singers, Tracy Burden and Elvis Oppong from the Morden team who were very supportive throughout the process.

Buying a property. Elvis was brilliant at helping seethe many problems that arose with the vendors side. He was kind and courteous. To stay on track, unfortunately I did have to do a lot of the work myself because of lack of communication by vendors solicitor’s. The covid pandemic made it hard for everyone to chase things up. Unfortunate staff family bereavement, passing files to different staff didn’t help too much. But all in all got there in the end.

Appalling service via the lettings team. Due to their incompetence or just lack of replying to emails or calls one of our 4 residential premises will be vacant. The lettings team is unavailable for landlords. Despite apologies months ago from senior management for poor and unacceptable service in 2022 the situation at Morden Andrews lettings dept is non existent as of today August 2023. They appear to not care about their business or their long term clients.

Terrible office to deal with. My partner and I were looking to buy a property together. We made an offer on a house and waited over a week to hear from anyone. Andrews morden fed me constant lies and used stalling tactics. I wasn't kept in the loop at all. A very toxic and unprofessional sales team. Such a shame as their mitcham branch is a delight to deal with. Morden office never answers phone calls or kept me in the loop. My agent emailed them in the end after days of their calls being unanswered and they didn't respond instead I was told just more lies how they couldn't reach my agent and handt heard from them.i was copied in the email from my agent to confirm our buying position. very unprofessional great example of an awful agency to deal with.avoid as much as possible.

Very very poor. Can never get through and they never follow up once you do get through on a rare occasion. Edit: I tried the number below provided by Antonelli - it's the same number that I been calling and nobody picks up on. I am not sure why you dont have my details on the system because I have been at the same property for nearly two decades now. I have not been able to get through my property manager for months now. We are nearing the end of our tenancy agreement (less than a month) and nobody is contacting us at all. Going to open a case with TPO as this is just sheer unprofessional and infuriating. They used to be great but the standards dropped so far its unbelievable. Would give less stars if possible.
