GoogleMy wife and I have used the Morden branch of Andrews twice; first to buy our house and second to let it out as we were moving abroad. From start to finish they have been extremely helpful and we are very happy with the service that they have given us. The fact that Andrews have a charitable foundation was also a positive point, you seldom see this from property companies, so it is great that they do give something back. Special mention to Mikesh, Kathy and Deyvid who helped us through this process with minimal fuss and were always there to answer our questions. GoogleThey constantly spam me with emails. Different agents, sending me the same singular house to my personal email. I've spoken to them over the phone, I've replied to their emails multiple times, they just won't stop sending me more properties despite the fact I've stated on numerous occasions I'm not looking?!! It's insane!

GoogleBeing a first time buyer is scary enough but thankfully and luckily, I had masses amounts of help from Julia Francis. I must just say how helpful Julia was in identifying the ideal property for me. She kindly facilitated a number of viewings and was an excellent intermediary between myself and the vendors over any issues which might have arisen. She kept me fully informed of my quest to secure the property and when the process seemed to be getting bogged down, through her calm clear manner was able to reduce my stress levels and reassure me. I felt looked after throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge and experience, helped me to understand the requirements better and I always knew what was going on. From start to finish Julia has been a joy to deal with and I would strongly recommend her to anyone. GoogleWe have had such a fantastic service using Andrews Morden to find our first home. We viewed over a few months with Julia Francis and she never met you without a smile. Extremely friendly and cheery and you could tell she simply loved her job and we always looked forward to all our viewings with her. Spoke to Georgie Howes over the phone and she was great at getting us help a few times. Once we got the one, Katie Andrews took over until completion and has been such a pleasure to work with! So lovely, approachable and professional, she always kept us in the loop with regular calls, updates and emails all throughout. Very efficient and liaised with all parties to check progress, secure dates, etc, which kept us on track with a quick turnaround to the day we got our keys! Special thanks to you Katie and all at Andrews Morden and highly recommended by us! Such a great team!

GoogleGlad to see some positive reviews because my experience over the past few weeks has been horrendous. Cannot believe that there are companies that completely ignore their customers. I've emailed Laila countless times for a simple request of returning my deposit, had an initial response and then radio silence. Called the office on a few occasions and always get the voicemail. Perhaps Andrews work on much longer ETAs than I am used to but at least state what those are. Tried the instant chat on the website today to try and get a message across to the team as a last resort. PS: I am still waiting....... Unfortunately, I have to give a minimum of 1 star. Edit: Re - adjusted to 5 stars as the response has been quick and efficient since my last chaser and this review. It may have been a bit harsh giving a 1 star based on one person at the organisation.
