Plus super friendly and made renting somewhere as my first official time straight-forward and explained any stage that we were unsure with, and went out her way to help with tricky areas. The whole process was completed within 2 weeks from the day i viewed the property and the day that i had the keys in my hand. Considering the current red ocean market conditions, that tremedous how quick it was. I personally was dealing with Laila, who was extremely responsive and managed the deal in a very professional manner. GoogleAs far as marketing the property they didn't have to do much as a buyer went into their office and offered on the house immediately after my Mum's passing. Dfficulties as paperwork was so old and house been in my family since 1924, never bought or sold. The staff, Antonelli and Elvis were very helpful but.... management not so helpful. I requested a call with a senior member about this, found him patronising maybe because I am female. Took all the papers which were very large sheets and written in pen and ink to their office, scanned, photocopied and finally got the go ahead to accept the sale, buyers soilcitor not easy either. Good profit for Andrews for minimum work. The staff in the office were all understanding and did everything possible in a difficult situation to bring the sale to a satisfactory conclusion eventually.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleThe team at Andrews Morden are very Professional, Caring and provide an excellent service. We lost our buyer, which caused the chain to break. Elvis., found another buyer within a short time, which elevated some of the stress. Julia called the other parties in the chain to keeping everyone updated in the weeks before exchange of contract. My Mum chose Andrews as she purchased the house from them 43 years ago. They service is excellent, and just as good today as it was back then. Started off with a rocky start as the first appointment viewing was a no show, with no email or call to let me know that agent was sick, these things happen. Once I contacted the branch with my complaints, Julia Francis was the amazing and the best - she provided the best customer service one could ask for, helping to quickly rearrange the viewing. During the viewing she was helpful and insightful, showing a great rapport with my family & I. Kept us up to date and was always on hand for any issues/questions. GoogleWe have moved to South Africa and Andrews manage our flat in Morden. After a couple of bad experiences, this has been a breeze. From the valuation Nicky made us feel completely at ease. Everything about her approach and professional manner was reassuring to us, and we trust her to look after things for us. I have since recommended my sister because its so valuable to have an agent really working in your best interest. The team that processed the tenancy were also great, all round excellent service.
