GoogleI have used Andrew’s services for several years and have always being supported and received great assistance from the team. They have always dealt with my enquiries in a professional way. My most recent experience with the team was assisting my family members through their renting process and we were extremely well served and assisted by the letting team, in particular by the lovely Deyvid! He was supportive, well responsive and assisted us clarifying our questions, and explaining all we had to do to set the contract. The information he provided was clear and accurate and made the new contract possible. We felt valued, well cared and secure with the services received. In the end we had a very smooth renting process and my family members moved into their new home and are enjoying it happily and gratefully. GoogleAbsolutely unprofessional agency! I was supposed to have a viewing with Deyvid Atanasov and he literally just left without waiting for me and was ignoring my calls. When he answered said he has some other personal things to do! Don't recommend it at all !!NegativeProfessionalism

Brian fully supported me throughout the sale, particularly liaising with both mine and the buyers' solicitors to ensure everything was on track and that we were ready for completion. GoogleI have had my property listed with Andrews for 20 years. Needless to say that I would not still be with them if I weren't very happy with their service. Nicky and Rianna particularly are extremely reliable and although often out of the office busy on appointments, always come back to me when I need them to. I have just recently renovated my two properties in Morden and they have rented them out and found superb tenants, so I am very grateful for their ongoing professionalism and expertise.

Googlewe bought a house from them 1 year ago and while we were living in the house we were paying the bills on time and there were no problems with the house and we didnt cause any and when we left the house 2 months ago they said there was no problem with the house but when the time came for them to return our deposit they keep bringing up new problems that we apparently caused while we were there even though they done a check before we left and said themselves there was no problem so i dont understand what they are trying to do as we have asked multiple times for them to return our deposit and they tell us they will give it to us they will give it to us soon but they dont and they are also taking money from my account with out telling me the reasons for it
