GoogleMy aunt is a first time buyer but Elvis and Katie are very helpful in every steps. Very responsive and they attended to our every requests. It has been stressful and difficult but they guided us throughout the process. A massive thank you to the team!

GoogleVery poor service received from trainee sales negotiator. The staff doesn't seem to know how to deal politely and make arrangement in order to make the sales happens. I was being asked to cancel the appointment because of the staff's incapability to arrange things around. Unbelievable! How are they expecting to generate money without any buyers?

GoogleGood service from them, we have been looking to rent for ages and are registered with so many agents but Andrews have been the only agency to call us back and help us arrange viewings so far. Really professional and how much information they gave us too, we found this very helpful.

GoogleSameer Jamani assisted us and met us at the properties. He showed us them and assisted us through the offer and moving to our new house. The Agency helped us with problems, and they were great.

GoogleNicky reassured us the whole way through, my sister was very nervous about letting the flat. Tenants are usually needy but Nicky really helped and secured us tenants very quick. Andrews were vert competitive with their charges and it was a simple process which was good as we are all very busy.

GoogleAndrews have looked after our rental property since around 2010 when they were still based in New Malden where the property is. I have not met Nigel - have only met Nicky - he is quite new there but my dealings with him has been excellent. He is helpful with any queries I raise.

GoogleAwful estate agents! Rude and unprofessional. We letted with them for 9 months and it was the worst time. House wasn’t suited for living & repairs were never done. Avoid at all costs.
