GoogleHave moved house 6 times over the years and have experience of 6 estate agents in the area, some of which have been a disgrace to the profession. We went to Newhome4u when we found others couldn't give us the response and flexibility we needed. It was a breath of fresh air. Rich and Beth and their team are very proactive and flexible but most importantly available 24/7. Just what you need when buying and selling.

GoogleThis is a totally amazing estate agent! From start to finish they did exactly what they said they would do! I have sold several houses in my life but I can honestly say I have never come across an estate agent like them... from accompanied viewings, arranging access to the surveyor, suggesting a plumber, solicitor and so much more. All done with friendliness and professionalism. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone I know and don't know!

From the moment we spoke I knew he was the right person to sell my home and indeed he did it was on the market for 1 day and sold what more can you ask for. Professional fast and funny guy who puts you at ease and makes it stress free thanks new homes 4 u brilliant.

GoogleA no nonse service. photography quality of the house was exceptional. Newhomes4U provide a high level of customer service and access to help and support. I dont know any other agents who you can get hold of seven days a week and after 5pm they are a exception to the rule. This means you get more viewings and quicker sales due to the flexibility of the response they provide. highly recommend.

He was professional at all times and knew what would be the best selling points to market my house and was also knowledgeable and up to date on the value of property in the area. No need to look anywhere else “New Home4 u” do it all!

GoogleFriendly approachable staff, always at hand to answer any questions or if you need to discuss things, unlike most estate agents that close at 5pm. Fantastic photographs that show off your property at its best and get people through the door. I wasn’t expecting my house to sell in two days! Best estate agents in the area by far. Also they have an in house mortgage advisor which is absolutely brilliant.

GoogleIf only I could rate this more than 5 stars! Dealing with rich at new home 4 u is like a breathe of fresh air so down to earth, genuine unpressurised process. New homes 4 u are different to your other agents. Open 7 days a week and late evenings which made it so much easier to view around work commitments. Couldn't recommend these guys enough... thanks so much for everything!

Beth from love mortgages was fantastic in helping me with setting up a mortgage and other financial advice. I will definitely be recommending these to my family and friends in the future.
