GoogleAfter having a bad experience with an estate agent I gave rich a call it was the best call I made he was friendly and prompt he done everything he said he would do and sold my house in just 3 weeks his team are fantastic very welcoming when you walk in the office highly recommended keep up the good work rich and team

GoogleFantastic service from Rich, Beth and all of the office staff. They sold my home when 2 other mold estate agents couldn't. I wouldn't hesitate recommend to anybody who wants an honest, direct and helpful estate agent, because if I'm honest, I've found not other service quite like it in the area. GoogleFriendly,Great,Fast and professional. Rich at NewHome4u sold my house and Beth sorted my mortgage, no messing around and on the ball. When I'm ready to buy another house-home I will be selling mine with NewHome4u again. You will get great communication and updates on the progress of the sale. GoogleA refreshing experience to most estate agents, the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, with a realistic and honest valuation of the property, they were efficient in their response in visiting the property to writing their valuation, I certainly would have no hesitation in using newhomes4U in the future, really nice people from secretary to sales team to boss

GoogleRichard did an exceptional job when my sister and I were selling our late fathers home. He took care of viewings and it was sold before it even reached the market! I would definitely recommend NewHome4U to family and friends for a friendly, professional service. If I were to sell my home Richard at NewHome4U would be my starting point.

GoogleArranged a house viewing and the estate agent didn't turn up. Complete waste of time and didn't even have the courtesy to let me know.

There must be a misunderstanding Gareth, Phil was waiting outside the property at 5.30 for you, he only gets paid on viewings and so its in his interest to be there - he wrote on the notes that you didn't turn up and if you check you phone he tried calling to see where you were. I have tried calling you but to no avail - obviously we are in the business of selling houses, we don't make money if we don't show up to appointments - so I know there is a miscommunication somewhere Gareth.
