GoogleNewhome4U..... so good they sold it twice! Yes, Rich and the guys at Newhome4U did a fantastic job when my house sale broke down , through no fault of theirs. After only a few days of putting the house back on the market, they sold it again. The whole process was handled truly professionally by Rich, Shelley, Arwel and others and they always made me feel that they were trying their best with my interests at heart. I am especially grateful to them for liaising with the seller of my new home who had to wait a long time for completion.
This is truly the best estate agent in the area, as can be seen by the number of their sale signs saying SOLD.

GoogleI had my house up for sale with another estate agent and I was told by family and friends that the photographs didnβt do the house any justice whatsoever. I then spent some time researching and the houses that I fell in love with on the internet were always the ones being sold by NewHome4U, the photographs were always warm and welcoming and they drew me in. I called out Rich who was very friendly, open and honest, he will listen to your opinions and give an honest opinion back. My house sold in a matter of weeks and during the transaction the staff at the office answered not only my queries but also the queries of my buyers therefore speeding up the whole process. I would not hesitate in recommending NewHome4U as I cannot see the point in haggling for a cheaper commission from another estate agent before your house has EVEN SOLD. Just do as I did and pay for a service that is second to none and your house WILL sell. I wish them all the very best.

GoogleI don't really know where to start..... If I could leave 6 stars π I would!
When you first meet rich you know things are going to be different....and for the better. We instantly took to him and trusted him to sell our house. He valued our home Β£25k more than another agent and was so confident we knew this guy knew what he was doing.
The marketing from new home 4u is second to none. The photographs wow!! They are amazing and better than any other agent in the business. We had 3 viewings within the first day of the house going live and rich sold it in 4 short weeks.... 3 of those he was working away so pretty sure it would have gone sooner!
The post sales care from rich and the team is like no other and having been on the buying side of things myself and dealing with other estate agents for viewings and a purchase I can 100% say they stand out from the rest.
Not only are they open 7 days a week but rich is on the end of the phone whenever you need him ... Literally day and night (he won't thank me for saying that!) but seriously what other estate agent do you know that texts you at 10pm to update you on your sale or to reassure you things are going smoothly. He goes above and beyond. I really can't praise him or thank him enough for the time and effort he has put into our sale knowing how busy he is with his thriving business.
The rest of team need a mention too shelley arwel and Phil are all fantastic and work tirelessly to keep you up to date both pre and post sale ... What a fantastic team.
If you are even considering using another agent then please stop and read this review again and give new home 4u a call I promise you wont be disappointed. Thank you so much rich and team for selling our home and helping to make our dream come true!
I also need to mention Beth and love mortgages. Not only did she help us get our mortgage and life insurance etc but she saved the day by going above and beyond to help our purchase complete..... Without her it would have never have happened as quickly as it did and I am forever thankful to her for what she did to help us! Highly recommended fantastic service!!

GoogleNot a good experience. We had an offer accepted on a property so went in to talk about a mortgage. Because we could in their eyes 'afford to offer more' the seller then came back and said she wanted asking price. I wonder why..

We 'never request the maximum borrowing from any mortgage broker', we only ever want confirmation that someone can actually get a mortgage for the amount that has been agreed as often people say they can and after speaking with a mortgage broker, find they canβt!
For you to insinuate that we would do something like this is extremely upsetting as it is totally untrue. This company was set up to help people and not rip them off, as Iβm sure you can see from all of our genuine 200+ five star reviews.!
If an offer is agreed, then we would tie a deal up for that amount, we would never go back to a client and say you can afford to pay more once it is agreed. Once an offer is agreed then that is the end of it! If a vendor changes their mind and decides they want more money, then we have no say over that matter.
Iβve got to point out that this is slanderous and completely unfounded, if you are genuinely unhappy and have a genuine complaint then I would try and solve the issue, but you shouldnβt go making stuff up.
We pride ourselves on being one of the only agents that do not βgazumpβ people, reputation is everything and its extremely unfair to people. I have no idea which property it is you are referring too, but if I did then I would be able to make a more specific assessment and provide an explanation as to what happened here as I know we would NEVER do something like this.

GoogleIt is rare that I find a business that I am even half as impressed with as I am with newhome4u in Mold. Not only are the staff relaxed and very friendly (but professional), but they also sold my house within less than 2 days of it entering the market at a price that was higher than any of the other 3 valuations I got quoted for. So in real terms they paid me to sell my house π. Couldn't be happier, don't bother looking elsewhere.

GoogleDon't bother going anywhere else if you want to sell or buy your property. We did both through NewHome4U. A fabulous write-up and fantastic photos got our house sold in 3 days, with 3 offers of the asking price on the table - what more could you ask for? An effective and efficient estate agent with a laid-back attitude that you won't find anywhere else. We also took up their recommendation of conveyancing Solicitor in Chester and were very impressed with all they did for us. In all, a seamless service and one I would recommend to anyone looking for, or selling a property. A breath of fresh air within estate agent circles. Keep up the good work.

Googleas soon as I walked into the estate agents with that same glum feeling of slow paced service and feeling of anxiety I get normally, up appears rich who soon quashed all of my pre judgements of what I expected from another estate agent, in fact he has exceeded all mine and my partners expectations! He is fast paced, endless amounts of enthusiasm and optimism I would go as far as to say he is a breath of fresh air which has cleared all the dullness descended on us by other estate agents, amazing service and very professional what more can I say? You would be mad not to use him.

GoogleMy initial contact was Rich on a Sunday afternoon. He was friendly and had set up a viewing within hours! So unlike my experience with other estate agents where I would often wait days just to arrange the viewing. The agency definately sticks to its word when it says people can buy houses when They want and not when the estate agent wants. Whenever i have rang within opening hours which include Sunday's and evenings, I have been able speak to someone. I would recommend NewHome4U to others and use again myself!

GoogleCompleted on our sale last Thursday, first buyers pulled out but New Home 4u really helped us get as many viewings as possible as sold in around 7 weeks the 2nd time. Chased solicitors when needed, and offered help and advice. They also take fantastic photos to really show your home in the best way possible.
