GoogleI have a beautiful small holding with a stunning timber garage overlooking views of Hope Mountain and a pretty woodland to the rear and yet in just over five years I could not sell my property.
I had tried all but a 2 estate agents in Mold who all promised the earth and delivered nothing. I could not see why my property was not selling (although I understand that we always think our own are wonderful) and heard of this dynamic agent who was being described as the person to go to if you are serious about selling.
When I hit an all time low my daughter posed the question “Mum, do you really think the house with who you have it on with will sell “? In my heart and new the answer was no it would not.
I telephoned NewHome4U and within a matter of days I was back on the market again. I had become so complacent that I was shocked when the office was calling me to book viewings. Now, eventually the house felt important and actually for sale. Rich came and conducted each viewing with such passion as if the house belonged to him. FIVE DAYS LATER it was SOLD!!!!!!!
I cannot rate this company highly enough and he even made contact with me when I was on holiday in Crete, so they truly do go that extra mile!!!
