They deliver what they promise to do, are readily available, always ring you back, are efficient and take care of not only the seller but the buyer. I found them very polite, caring, honest and professional. So a great buying experience all round. I've found that some other mold estate agents are hard to get hold of and don't deliver on promises, they say they will ring back but don't. GoogleDon't bother with these clowns if you're a buyer. Yes they answer phones and text outside of usual hours, however we've had several appointments cancelled last minute. Today's farce was an appointment they cancelled on Wednesday and rebooked for today, on our hour's drive to the appointment we discovered the property has sold. Nobody had bothered to tell us before we set off for the viewing. When called, we were told both "you're on the list to call this morning" and also "we don't have an appointment booked for you". It can't be both! Absolute shambles and would not view any more of their properties.

Thanks for the review Zoe and I absolutely agree with you, you should have been informed that the property had sold before you left for the viewing. It’s unfortunate that sometimes things slip through the net, your appointment being one of them, but what with COVID19 being around and causing immense problems with viewings and we are short staffed, this has sadly played a part in the mess that you found yourself in, unfortunately not everything is perfect, no matter how hard you try, there will always be someone let down or unhappy.
I believe that you had other viewings in the area that day, otherwise I would have offered to pay your petrol as a way of apologising but after speaking to the chap who you spoke to in my company, he said that you were very good about it, which is why I never called you on the day. The reason I started this company is because Estate Agents are pretty rubbish in the whole and NewHome4U strive to be different, which I think you can see from the previous 209+ five star Google Reviews that we have.
If you had a business and you really did try to be better than the rest, I think you too would respond in the way that I do to negative reviews, as I say, no one is perfect and things happen out of my control, all I can do is try and make them better. We are listed in the top 3% of Estate Agents in the UK, so we do try Zoe, and yes, it really bothers me that we can’t just be perfect, no matter how hard we try. I hate to see people, like you, let down and unhappy, if I had a magic wand to make the world perfect, I would use it.
Good luck with you search for a home, I’m sure you’ll find something great and settle into North Wales easily, if there is anything I can do to assist, please feel free to call me and I’ll be happy to look after you personally.

GoogleRich vowed he would sell our house in 2 weeks. On the 14th day we accepted an offer. 13 weeks later we’ve moved into our New Home 4 Us. Throughout that time Ashley took on the monumental task of dealing with my insatiable appetite for updates, info about everything, even what he was having for lunch, progress reports and the general jibber jabber that spills from my brain via my over active mouth. The guy has patience that Buddha would envy.
If you want to sell your house with THE BEST agents and not waste a day of your life trawling through those ‘compare the meer-agent’ pointless searchy site things, just get Rich and his drone cam round your digs and get Ash pounding his mahoosive lead generating digits on the blower and they’ll sort out the next decade of your fabulous future for you. If that’s not worth 1% of your moolah then you’re just a saddo, get it done. Just go on, why are you even reading any more of my guff, do it. Do it NOW!
Oh and when you complete, Ashley likes a large Gin.

GoogleI was introduced to Richard at New Homes 4 U after talking to a neighbour. My house had been on the market for 2 years with 6 viewings and a botched deal that was to say the least distressing.
Super confident Richard told me that he would sell my house in 4 weeks due to his unique approach to selling houses. The whole process was effortless, no stress and this guy was as good as his word selling the house after 3 weeks and we had exchanged 5 weeks later.
There should be more like him and all i can say is call him and check it out for yourself. Great company, friendly, knowledge of the market spot on and nothing was too much trouble and they deliver. Oh yes he got us an additional £15 k on the previous price for our house. Priceless !.

GoogleI chose NewHome4U originally based on a brief survey of the local area for houses with sold signs - NewHome4U simply had more sold boards than other agents.
I wasn't disappointed in my choice. I felt immediately at ease with the Gentleman (Arwel) who came out to see the property. He was clear in his communication and made the whole process sound like a dream. I was particularly pleased that a representative from NewHome4U would show prospective buyers around the property.
The photos taken of the house were stunning and I had viewings within days, almost hours, of the property going on the market.
Arwel and his colleagues were always pleased to help me with any questions.
I would not hesitate in using NewHome4U if I sell another property in the future.

GoogleWe sold our terrace in the centre of Mold through this estate agent. I dealt with most of the staff starting off with Richard when we first decided to sell. I had his mobile and he never failed to call me back straight away if he couldn't answer when I rang. It wasn't ready for internal photos but he still had it on right move the same day using external ones. When I suggested a change to the description it was done the same day. When we sold I found the price to be far better than the local competition. Overall it was an excellent experience when selling a house can be so stressful. I never felt that anything was too much bother for them and they are so friendly....would definitely recommend.
