From start to finish I just want to say that the new homes 4 u team worked so hard towards helping sell my house. Rich took the most fabulous photos ..nothing was too much and Arwel who did the viewings had my best interests at heart completely. He really looked after me as a client and my house whilst the viewings took place.. and finally Rea .. who without her help and drive towards helping sort out the issues with solicitors and buyers I don’t know where I would have been .. this young lady went above and beyond with the help and support she gave me.. Can't immediately think of a negative for this review... Each and every member of staff personable and professional. From initial approach, fees,marketing strategy, photoshoot, and probably most important ? - pricing strategy all explained in language I could understand. Enthusiastic without being overbearing,and always at hand to answer any questions. I do have a negative - a request for a " cheque in the post " for this review declined, but more than compensated for by competitive fees. Considering moving house is the most stressful experience in a humans life (alongside divorce apparently) we had an absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish. Rich and Arwel dealt with everything meaning we didn’t need to worry about a thing! Our house sold within 24 hours at a really good price and we also found our dream home through NewHome4U. One of the easiest buying and selling experiences with really great staff, fantastic communication and a professional service throughout. Would 100% recommend!

If you want an estate agent who will work for you, be available (basically 24/7) any time you call, be friendly, helpful and most importantly sell your house in a timely fashion then chose NH4U. The whole process was quick, simple and easy; Rich and the team are a pleasure to work with, they cut through all the pomp and formality and simply get on with selling your house, no messing around, no contract(s), just a quick phonecall and the process starts (my house was live within 2 days and sold within 10). Look around the local N.Wales area and see how many NH4U signs you can see, there is a reason more and more people are choosing them and I shall recommend all my friends and family too! Finally, we also bought a house through NH4U, Rich personally went well above and beyond any expectation to help us to secure our new home and we weren't even living in the country at the time and put in an offer without viewing! I honestly do not think we would have been able to secure it without the help of the NH4U team nor that of Beth (their internal mortgage advisor LoveMortgages).

As a prospective buyer I would not recommend this agent. When we made an offer on a property it was accepted, and we were told we'd be provided wirh regular updates about the seller and progress of the sale. None of this information was forthcoming, and when I called for updates initially I was brushed off with being told that the seller was looking at properties. After wasting our time for 8 weeks, with false promises that documentation was being returned by the seller to their solicitors, our solicitor was informed that the seller had no intention to return any documents until they themselves found a new property. Of course the agents can only go off what the sellers tell them, but if this was the seller's intention all along this should have been made clear when we made the offer, or at any point during the 8 weeks of wasted time. We were told twice by this agent that the seller had returned documents, and it is clear they never had any intention to do so, so either the seller lied to the agent, or the agent lied to us. I did send a complaint email, alongside notification that I was withdrawing my offer, but unsurprisingly received no response or even acknowledgement from the agent. If we had been informed of the seller's position and intentions from the off, as we should have been given that the agent should know this basic information, we would never have made an offer. Overall very poor service, very poor communication throughout, and only seemed to get a response when we highlighted that we weren't happy. ***In response to the reply on this review: While we were told when we made the offer that the sellers had not found anywhere as yet, it is factually incorrect that we were 'told from the outset' that the sellers would 'not agree to sell until they had found something.' They accepted an offer on their property, and any buyer would therefore expect the sale to begin progressing. Waiting 8 weeks with nothing whatsoever moving forward in the relation to the sale is hardly 'a rush'. It is also a complete change in tune for you to state that 'in fact the vendors wouldn't send anything to their solicitors as, understandably, they didn't want to start incurring costs' given the fact that the agent told us on multiple occasions that the seller had already returned documents relating to the sale. Either the agent wasn't aware that this was the seller's position, which is poor practice for an estate agent, or they were fully aware and lied. It can't be both. As a final note, this is the only acknowledgement we have received since sending the email complaint/withdrawal of offer to the agent. I wonder if we'd have ever heard from NewHome4U again if it hadn't been for writing an honest review.***NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

These are estate agents who live up to their reputation and are not just full of empty sales bluster! A great team where each member fulfils their role perfectly. They conveniently set up a block of several viewings over a single weekend and I accepted a solid offer a few days later. It was an extremely busy time in the property market but NH4U helped keep the process running smoothly even when the conveyancers were slow to update. Rich, Beth and the team are showing all other estate agencies how it should be done. From start to finish they balanced the personal and the proffesional with expert aplomb. They sold our house in 2 weeks flat at a very competitive price, kept their word on every promise and answered every question quickly and honestly. If you like to be treated as a number and fobbed off with sales patter then this is not the estate agents for you. I trust them, I like them and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They should negotiate Brexit.

Picked up the keys to our stunning new home yesterday and are ' over the moon with it' Easy process from start to Finnish. Really appreciated being able to view the house straight away on a Sunday as soon as we had first seen it advertised - no juggling work commitements to try to view a house makes such a difference. Richie was brutally honest which is an unusual trait in estate agents in my opinion- telling me other parties offers ! Saved dithering about. When we wanted to view the house again whilst waiting for the sale to go through Richie arranged for the owners to be at the property within 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. Well what can I say. From the moment I walked into the office, I knew Rich and Beth were the real deal. I had previously dealt with a well known estate agent in the Wrexham area and had nothing but trouble. A friend recommended Rich and I have never looked back. I've never met such a compassionate, nice bloke in this field before. He reassured us from the word go. Beth and Rob were also fantastic every step of the way. Big thanks to Richard Pierce and all his staff at New home 4 u in mold. Easily the best estate agent in Flintshire. Sold our house within 3 days of the board going up and completed the sale in just over 8 weeks. I would recommend them to anyone. Rich and all his team go above and beyond all expectations. We are also buying our new home through them aswell which should complete soon. Rich even chauffeured us round most of his day off helping us find the perfect home after the one we originally bought fell through from another estate agent 😁

Rich and his team from New homes for you are wonderful. They sold our family home on behalf of my Mother who at 81 had just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. They we all so kind to her , even though she pestered them a lot! She was always made so welcome in the shop. The viewings were always accompanied by one of the team she knew and they would even call on one of the neighbours to go and see Mum if they were at all worried about her. This was such a help for me as I don't live locally. There were viewings every day and the house was sold in only 3 weeks because New homes for u are fantastic at selling. From the internal photos to the very dramatic arial drone shots - the whole service was brilliant and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much to Rich and his wonderful team 😁

Sorry about the delay in writing a review guys, had lots of DIY to do now I own a house! What can I say…fantastic service from Rich & Beth. As many of the other reviews say, this is not your typical estate agents. We had dealings with another high street estate agent in Mold a couple of years prior and we were pulling our hair out, could never get a response from them, just felt like they really didn’t care! Completely different experience at NewHome4u, Rich & Beth are welcoming and attentive, as first time buyers, we sat with them for a cuppa and got loads of advice. We found the house we wanted and Rich was straight on it making an offer for us. Beth guided us through the mortgage process and found us the very best deal. Throughout the whole process both were easily contactable and always there if we had any wobbles or needed advice. The customer service is impeccable, you have restored our faith in estate agents! I initially met Richard's Sister with regards to selling my 87 yr old Mum's house. Compared to the other local agents I found her very positive and like able. Rich on meeting also gave me a very positive impressive that he would sell Mum's house. The process was made simple, Rich reacted very quickly with regards to a sale board, sorting the EPC on the same day and getting the property on Right move within a few days. Accompanied viewings were a must, Rich sorted for us which was great. Buyers were found but in the mean time Mum decided not to move!! A year later we had to put Mum in residential care so went back to Rich to sell again. He did a great job of taking new photos and getting the house on the market very quickly, without any further hassle. He got a good asking price within a week and we completed within 6 weeks, brilliant. All in all, excellent service from Rich and his team in the office. I can thoroughly recommend using Newhome4you if you want a pro-active and efficient estate agent who will do what they commit to.

This is no ordinary estate agent! Rich valued my house at 40k more than another well known local agent. He personally brought a couple round for a viewing the same day as the valuation and I had an offer from them by the next day which I accepted! Rich, Beth and the team are like a breath of fresh air, they are straightforward, honest and friendly -nothing is too much trouble for them. Also they are contactable 7 days a week which is a huge help. Highly recommended- don't even bother going anywhere else. Thank you guys for all your help and advice, I really can't praise you enough. After a regrettable experience with one of the online estate agents, we turned to New Homes 4u to help sell our property. The passion of Rich and his team to do things better than the rest was obvious from day one and we knew we were in safe hands. Sure enough, we had a sale agreed within a couple of weeks.
