A house went up for sale near me with their board 3 months ago and it still isn't on their website. In answer to NH4U's reply, my wife emailed them a couple of weeks after the board went up and was told they would be taking pictures in a further couple of weeks before putting it on their site - no mention was made that it had already been sold. Furthermore, it IS now on your site so it isn't sold! I left a review because Google asked me to. I gave an honest review based on my attempts (as a potential buyer) to find information.

If you want to sell your property, New Home 4U is the only sensible choice. They may be newer to the area than some, but their energy and drive is equalled only by their in-depth knowledge of the trade and the wealth of experience gleaned from the fast-moving housing markets of the South. Rich and his team will do precisely what you instruct them to do...sell your home for exactly what it is worth rather than a figure designed to make a sale at the standard ‘market value.’ If you know that your home is superb and worth more than the ‘average’.....it undoubtedly is. Please do not make the mistake we did by inviting a longer established Hawarden agent into our home, listening to ‘Mr Reads’ bleating on about statistics for an hour and a half (I kid you not) before even discussing what we wanted to achieve. To add insult to injury he subsequently valued our home at thousands less than it sold for with NewHome4U just two weeks later. Thankfully we put our trust in the person who we instinctively felt was the right man for the job and who did not disappoint on any level. Great guy, cares about his clients and keeps a cool head throughout. We must mention Shelley too and the monumental effort she put in, herding third parties’ solicitors and agents towards completion. Truly amazing!! We had our property on the market with another local estate agent for two and half years and only had 14 viewings in all that time. Totally fed up, I went into NH4U on the Monday and spoke to Shelly. The next morning Rich [the boss] came to view our property; straight away his passion convinced me that if anyone could sell our property, this was the guy to do it. Rich then arranged for a photographer to come that afternoon. Things were moving fast! But then, even better, Phil [NH4U] phoned to say we had a viewing lined up for the next day … Woah! This is where it got even more amazing as, the next day, Arwel [NH4U] phoned to say we had an offer for exactly the asking price. Done deal!! If you want an estate agent who will work for you, be available (basically 24/7) any time you call, be friendly, helpful and most importantly sell your house in a timely fashion then chose NH4U. The whole process was quick, simple and easy; Rich and the team are a pleasure to work with, they cut through all the pomp and formality and simply get on with selling your house, no messing around, no contract(s), just a quick phonecall and the process starts (my house was live within 2 days and sold within 10). Look around the local N.Wales area and see how many NH4U signs you can see, there is a reason more and more people are choosing them and I shall recommend all my friends and family too! Finally, we also bought a house through NH4U, Rich personally went well above and beyond any expectation to help us to secure our new home and we weren't even living in the country at the time and put in an offer without viewing! I honestly do not think we would have been able to secure it without the help of the NH4U team nor that of Beth (their internal mortgage advisor LoveMortgages).

Brilliant team that go that extra mile to match people with homes. Through one reason or another I've helped family members to buy and sell 3 houses over the last year, each time Rich and his team have gone that extra mile - sold the properties within 7 days of going to market (in one instance it never got to market). I used NewHome4U when selling my home earlier in 2018. They were friendly, keen and helpful and attended most of the viewings. The house sold quite quickly and at a price within the range they proposed. Their photographs of the house on Rightmove were of extremely good quality, presenting the house in the best possible way. The company is independently run, so I believe Richard and his staff work harder for their clients compared to the larger companies and their charges lower. I would certainly recommend NewHome4U to anyone thinking of selling their home in the Mold area.

We were very pleased with the service NEWHOME4U provided in selling our home. It was a unique property for the area and 3 of the 4 agents who valued it were a long way out with their valuations, some as much as £200,000 less than the final figure! When Arwel came to look round, he admitted that the property was not what he had expected and would need to go away and do more research. He came back with a realistic valuation and it was sold within a month. Rich spent a long time taking numerous photos and creating an impressive drone video. Rea patiently sat with us to choose and organise the photos and Phil produced his usual interesting description. A great friendly team which we wholeheartedly recommend.
