We moved from a house in Ireland during the pandemic, because of the exchange rate as we were cash buyers we needed to sell first which basically left us homeless. We found a house with another estate agent then realised it was too small. Totally stressed and panicking as we had a container full of furniture due to arrive in Wales my daughter found a house with Newhomes4U. They allowed my daughter to video the house so we had an idea of the rooms and space, They found us a solicitor and Ashley was available to take my call every time I rang them. They even went so far as to contact the owner and ask them to allow us to store all our belongings in the house. This all happened Christmas week only four weeks after we put the offer in. Definitely the people's estate agents. Very friendly but professional staff. Extremely helpful and always polite and informative. Me and my wife were first time buyers. We had 2 show arounds with Phil (I appologise if I've gotten your name wrong!) He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even guided us in our property search, which was great because turns out he recommended us to view our now first home! Ashley was also brilliant, always updating us and giving us information when needed. It's also important to have fun and feel comfortable when going through such a stressful process and it's definitely easier with someone like Ashley on the other end of the phone! Having had a terrible first experience with a different estate agent which included getting gazumped! It was comforting to know we were in safe hands this time. Thank you all very much! Our home had previously been on the market with another estate agents. I couldn't understand how we hadn't had any offers despite a number of viewings. We changed to New Home4U and from the outset they were fab. Arwel marketed the property, what I liked was the professional photographs they take. Ashley was brilliant never any issues. From changing to this estate agents we sold our home in 4 days. Absolutely outstanding service. If it was possible to give 100 stars I would. Initially having received 3 quotes from other local estate agents, we decided to try Rich and co. What a breath of fresh air! Friendly, honest, clued up and highly knowledgeable regarding current housing market. Within a week of property going live it was sold for full asking price. The other estate agents had undervalued the property by tens of thousands! Had a couple of problems with solar panels along the way. Thanks to Anwel, Ashley and Rich's professionalism it was smoothed over. Selling mum's house was emotionally tough for myself and my siblings as it was a family home and had been in the family for fifty years. The day we instructed New Home 4 U to sell our property, Ashley helped get the process started very quickly and has been very helpful and professional throughout. The house was on the market straight away, we then we had a call from him the following afternoon with 4 viewings booked within 24 hours. This was followed by another 4 viewings booked the following couple of days. Phil carried out the viewings and we had good feedback from every one conducted. We first met Rich when receiving mortgage advice from Love Mortgages and really got on with him from the start. After working out our budget and talking about what we were looking for in a home, we were talked through a list of possibilities and booked in for a couple of house viewings. They say you know what your looking for when you find it and we sure did with the second house we went to see, the estate agent that showed us round was incredibly knowledgable and extremely friendly, making us feel really relaxed. I would definitely recommend New Home 4U if you are looking to sell your home, or infact buy a new home. Rich and his team are all really nice people and they have a genuine passion for finding the right buyers for the houses that they sell, and most importantly they enjoy what they do and this shows. I have spoken to Rich on several occasions regarding property and I find his approach to selling houses totally refreshing. He is completely honest and open about his valuations and he will give you a genuine and realistic opinion on what your home is worth, rather than telling what you want to hear about the value of your home like some other estate agents do. He has an excellent grasp of the Mold & surrounding area housing market, and I would say that his valuations are spot on. The amount of properties on his books that result in a successful sale are testimony to this fact. Rich and his team put a lot of hard work and effort into building relationships with potential buyers in order to help people find the right home for them, and also sell the houses that they have on their books through successful negotiation, they have the balance just right, hence why they are so successful in what they do. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a house to use New Home 4U because they are friendly, helpful and without a doubt they know their stuff and will sell your house for you at the right price.

The BEST agents ever! I have moved 41 times so have a lot of experience with agents but Rich was just outstanding. He joked he would sell it in a week and he did! The best thing about this agents is the friendly team but particularly the quick response. If you text Rich day or night he responds within minutes. He got our buyers a great mortgage deal , he has the gift of the gab, and recommended solicitors which are both efficient and reasonable price. He is there every step of the way. I need to compliment the photographer who was also lovely..she made our house look so good we nearly never wanted to sell !
