By far the most friendliest, personable, bespoke and results driven estate agents I have interacted with. They really are different to the rest and that's noticeable from the start. Unlike other firms, I don't feel like I have to be wearing a shirt and tie when I'm on the phone to their office. Their casual yet professional approach helps you to relax during such a stressful process, as well as filling you with confidence on achieving the shared objective. Dan, who I spoke to a lot during our sell/purchase over the last few months, is an asset to the company. Very friendly, solution orientated and persistent in customer satisfaction. Rich is also a delight to talk to, very personable, funny and ensures your needs are factored in when taking away any requests you have. B&G kept me well informed and set realistic expectations during my transaction, which for me shows great integrity. I will for sure be recommending them to family and friends.

We can’t thank Rich and his team enough for selling our house. Rich was able to get our house on the market quicker than any other estate agent. Rich really took his time photographing our home which was done to a high standard. Rich also gave an amazing detailed write up about our home, rather than the standard write up you get with other estate agents. Nothing was too much trouble and they always gave updates throughout the journey of selling our house. They were always on the other end of the line at any point also after working hours. They are a very friendly professional estate agents, that we would highly recommend.

A refreshingly different and hard working estate agent who quickly sold my late father’s bungalow for a price within his estimated range. Very efficient and personal service. Excellent drone photos. I particularly appreciated the sensitive way in which everything was handled, it was described as a home not just another bungalow. We put up our House for sale with these guys in May 2023 thinking the market was quiet and there would be little interest. Wow how wrong we were! Within first week of putting our house up for sale we had 10 viewings scheduled. We had three offers out of 5 viewings which took place. We agreed a price and sale completed at end of September. There was a delay in sale. Nothing to do with these estate agents though. Rich and his gang were very professional and always courteous. Extremely unhappy… We booked in a viewing with Rich which my partner had travelled up from London for. He no showed and then when continuously ringing with no answer he finally called back and said his colleague Arwel was meant to be doing the viewing. He then went on to blame it on the clocks going forward and then tried pinning the blame on us saying that my partner wasn’t there when she’d got there 5 minutes early and sat on the wall outside the house for half an hour. After that excuse didn’t work he said he’d booked it in the calendar for 10 not 10.30, but if this was the case didn’t think to ring to ask if we were turning up or not. No wonder the house has been on the market for 7 months if this is the unprofessionalism of the company trying to sell it.

World Class Service! Throughout our house hunting journey we had encountered mixed experience's with other estate agents. It was then refreshing, the house we eventually decided to purchase was through the company that proclaim to be the people's agent, and that they very much were and beyond. Initially we were not planning on selling our property, however given the nature of the housing market, Rich convinved us he would get a record price for our location. Boy was he true to his word, and we more than delighted at the price acquired. They say first impressions count for a lot and in this instance it definately did. We were so impressed with Rich and his team we decided to keep everything in house and use the mortgage service they provide through Love Mortgages. During the whole process it was very evident from the begining this firm is not your typical estate agent. The transparencey and professionalism shown throughout was excellent. My husband and I recently decided to sell our house through Rich and his team because of Rich’s friendly approach and because he convinced us he could get us far more than had been suggested by others. In the end he was proved absolutely right. Throughout the sale Rich and his team gave us a first class service including excellent advertising, and at a very competitive cost. Nothing was too much trouble and all of his staff were lovely and very helpful. I mention in particular Ashley who is usually the first point of contact in the office. Ashley was entirely outstanding and always had time to offer help, good sound advice and reassurance in abundance on every aspect of the sale (and purchase) - having had his ear bent on multiple occasions. Selling a home and moving house can be so very stressful but Ashley was on hand every step of the way and I cannot sing his praises highly enough. Fantastic service from Rich, Arwel and their team at NH4U. We spoke to Arwel on Tuesday, marketed by Friday, and sold on Saturday!! After a few hiccups along the way from buyers within our chain, but they sorted everything without any issues, all on time, and we got an extra £16,000 compared to the valuations of another local agent and our fees still came in cheaper!!!! Their prices are competitive, well below the market average, and the service is second to none. I do not believe you can get this level of service or the selling prices we achieved by using other agents. You become a part of their family, to the point that Rich is visiting our new location with his family, and we are meeting for drinks to celebrate. What more could you ask for?

Really impressive customer service and open 7 days a week! I sold my home with newhome4u and loved how on the ball they were. I had a constant flow of viewings (with updates after every viewing on how the viewers found the property). They even suggested potential properties for myself before they reached the market. Phil was occasionally late for viewings due to traffic/ doing other viewings so if possible would suggest doing viewings yourself however nearly all other estate agents who came to value the property would not even offer to do viewings. Ashley/Arwel are very knowledgeable and just brilliant on the phone - exactly what was needed to get my house sold!
