GooglePopped in to have a chat with Rich, and they look to have a terrific track record but the thing that scares me about this company is that they sell houses so quickly - would i find something as quick - i'll def use them when we are ready!!!

Thanks for your review William - you're not registered on our system and so we would love to know why we are the most useless estate agent in North Wales (you obviously haven't dealt with many of them then)......there are 190+ other reviews who highly disagree with you however, we try to please everyone......which as I'm sure you know, can't always be done - so we'd love to know why at midnight, you felt so strongly to leave such a negative review..... ** I rest my case - another jealous agent leaving a bogus review **

GoogleWe were purchasers and Rich and his Team were 'on the case' immediately and followed through consistently. Communication was clear all the way through and Rich even visited us after we moved in to our new home to confirm all was well. First class service.
