GoogleGareth has been very helpful in getting us set up in our new place and answering our many questions. In general Goodfellows has been great so far, the only thing that let them down a bit was that the income insurance sales pitch was slightly intense. Its not something we're particularly interested in and the long meeting was very alarmist and a little patronising.

GoogleI have been renting my house through Goodfellows since November 2019. Everyone working here are very professional and helpful.
Whenever i have spoken to Gerald he answered my questions fully. If he did not have an answer he called me back with an outcome. Gerald has been an immense help and has excellent communication skills. I would recommend Goodfellows to anyone looking to buy/rent their property.
Thank you Gerald and Nelson in the Lettings Team

GoogleThey have been by far the most helpful and efficient agency I have dealt with. In particular, I dealt with Carlene Barton and she took us along to a viewing at a moments notice, and has gone the extra mile to help us achieve what we want, even where complications are involved. I am very happy with the help and support I have received!

GoogleI had a very pleasant experience dealing with Gareth Vaughan of Good Follows Mitcham branch. Gareth was amazing. Really knowledgeable about the property, quick at responding and arranging a viewing. He has also only ever sent through properties that match what I am looking for which is super helpful. Would highly recommend! Would happily recommend him to others looking in Mitcham.

GoogleGerald is more than just a professional! Saying that he is an asset to the company is an understatement. We were new to the country and were in desperate need of a home and he flawlessly led us to having one. We had a couple of conversations with a few letting agents before him and they all sounded so complicated and demanding. We are just so happy that we came across with Gerald. He was very helpful and very accommodating. We never thought we’d be able to find a home with all of our requirements ticked and more! Thank you very much Gerald!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleHaving recently purchase a house through Goodfellows, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Kollis was always available to take my calls and answer any questions, she even reached out on her days off. Having had a previous negative experience at Andrews where the agents all tried to push for their own buyers and adopted very underhanded tactics, I can truly say it was quite the contrast working with Goodfellows. During the times Kollis was off, her colleague was always happy to help out. One of her colleague on the letting side of the business even accepted to take me to a second viewing of the property at 6:30 pm. Keep up the great work Kollis and the Goodfellows team!

GoogleI engaged Goodfellows and about 6 other agents to try to sell my flat, which, for various reasons, was hard to sell. I dealt with Jack. I found them professional, very patient, not at all pushy with chasing me all the time, and, unlike a lot of their competitors, they weren't in the slightest but annoying! :-) And obviously, they did what the others couldn't do, and managed to find me a buyer! Thank you Jack and team for selling my flat.
